I had usually frequented this BK before it was renovated. It was dirty then also.
I figured the renovated one would be cleaner. It is not .

Dec 21st, 34 degrees outside, dining room is at best 60 degrees at 1pm. The new decor is nice. Service was fast. Just really cold inside.

Dirty store. Horrible service. Waited for about 5 minutes before the worker even faced the counter to greet the 5 customers who had been waiting. Gave me the order without drinks initially. Then I had to go back because my hot food order was incomplete. Then I had to listen to the employees all complaining about various things while I was in the dining room. I will stick to the Baden location.

Ordered at this location. Was excited for the remodel and of course it wasnt any better than before. Honestly feels worse than it did out of all the years ive eaten here. At the mic i had to repeat myself multiple times for the person at the window to understand what it was i was ordering. Waited over half an hour in the drive thru before I got to the window just to be served. Absolutely poor service from Burger King. Hats off to the staff for doing what they could to get food out, but whoever hires people needs to hire WAY more cooks or get store transfers it seems.

If I could put zero stars I would. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt despite last time coming here my order was messed up and I had to drive back. But THIS. THIS IS JUST REDICULOUS. I went to try to go through drive thru. No biggie line was held up I thought it was the usual customer giving a hard time or frying up more meals. But no, once the line went away they still didnt take the person in front of me order. When they finally did I was already sitting for a good 15 min in the line. I came up and obviously out of what I came for. Okay no problem it was a popular meal. I asked to double check and even asked about the kids toys if they were available. Then proceeded to try to order a kids meal. I told them I wanted a kids meal and then silence…. a long silence ans almost like I never even talked to them, they chimed oh welcome to burger king again. Same person. Asking twice. After I already told her originally what I wanted to get. So had to tell her again.
There was only one person in front of me. Their order was maybe 10 dollars. Should’ve been quick but no. Was sitting a few minutes again. Okay maybe they’re short staff. I get up there finally. I ordered lemonade for the kids. I’m watching her fill it up with hi-c. Not to mention watching them scratch themselves either on the rear end or face then touching whatever without gloves. 3 kids meals. 3 drinks. She opens the window I already knew she put hi-c in it. I watched her. I asked her is that lemonade. She said yes. I asked are you sure and she got a little snarky and said yes. As I watched another employee grab the lemonade from another part of the counter not the soda machine. Needless to say between awful service, then taking their sweet time on small orders, and literally lack of food hygiene I was done. I told them nvm and left. I went to mcds down the road where they not only WEAR GLOVES they double check and recheck orders. If I was management at this location I would be going through staff and watching vids and see how exactly they handle their drive tru. But this is me saying I’m not coming back again.

I do not recommend eating here. I’d give negative stars if it had that option..
Manger refused to give her name after I asked for it. The cook is just as ignorant. Failed to give correct items ordered, gave attitude about having to fix the order. Claimed she was going to shutdown the kiosks. Does not turn to acknowledge customers. We received our order after the guys who had ordered 10 min after us. ALL food restaurant employees should either have a hairnet or their hair in a ponytail. She wasn’t even wearing the appropriate Burger King clothing.

I have been to this restaurant twice since the complete overhaul and it has been bad both times. I don’t know what happened to this place, but the drive thru is always a parking lot. It takes 20 minutes or more to get food. Either they need to get their act together or corporate needs to send in new management.

I used the app and dined in for breakfast, oddly enough there was crumbs on the tables and we were the only ones in the store. The food was mediocre not very hot and the coffee was so strong it was un drinkable. I ordered a side of bacon and it was one piece broke in half and it cost $2 that’s not right. The girl who rang me out was very friendly. Just seems like businesses aren’t really interested in taking pride in their ownership.

Nasty omg!! Threw it out!!! Breakfast burrito so gross the burrito tasted just like raw dough it gagged me!!! The insides were probably ok but they had sooooo much hot sauce of somekind on it that no way could anyone eat it i threw it out!! Why wouldn’t they grill the burrito a lil’ it was so nasty.
