After having such bad experiences at Burger King in San Petersburg Florida, we arrived here and found good customer service, excellent staff today, very good service in the box, it was also fast and the best Burger King hamburgers, it had that flavor in my mouth long ago and until now again I taste that delight that characterized them before. I just ask: – if they train all their employees in the same way? because some like I repeat the one in St. Petersburg, Florida is the worst of this chain.

Lol it’s been like 12 minutes and I’ve just been staring at my burgers getting nice and dry under the heat lamp while I still wait for my tots.

Hope you dont want even decent service i went in for breakfast and wasnt greeted by the person she just looked at me i had to say hello and thank you all she ever said was if i wanted to dine in well it got even worse i ordered and it was made incorrectly i then went up to have it fixed but guess what i got the wrong item back again what a joke

This is the dirtiest, rudest location of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. Didn’t even receive my food. They will take your order and stare at you for 20 minutes before claiming that it’s your fault as the customer for not checking on the status of the order, that supposedly did not go through even though placed at the restaurant itself. Avoid wasting your money and time dealing with spiteful idiots.

Omg my husband and I ate there this morning and the food was disgusting made both of us sick we are thinking that the sausage on the sausage egg cheese croissant was spoiled and there was no sense of complaining it wouldn’t of got us anywhere and we were the only ones in there and it took 10 minutes to get the nasty meal so whoever was cooking don’t know what the hell there doing we will never eat there again

Extremely disappointed. I used to order breakfast here regularly for my husband, but the service has gone downhill. Orders are often wrong or we’re missing items, and when my husband tries to get help, the staff ignores him and stands around talking. We even contacted corporate but nothing changed—in fact, it’s worse now. The workers aren’t just lazy, they’re completely unprofessional. Do better
