I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location. I went through the drive-thru, paid for my order, and was asked to pull forward to wait — even though no one else was in line.
When I received my food, I had to go back inside because my small fries were missing. The fries I did receive were cold and tasted old. My burger was not warm, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. The food tasted like it had been sitting out for a while.
On top of that, the staff appeared to be horse playing instead of focusing on customer service. The establishment was very loud, and employees were using inappropriate language. The ketchup packets were sticky and had residue on the outside, which was very unappetizing.
I would not recommend this location. Customers deserve hot, fresh food and professional service.

You would assume that a large fast food chain would be able to generally train its employees on how to prepare food in a universal way… And possibly with a LITTLE BIT of concern for the customer.
Yes, I did ask for a replacement burger (spoke to the manager) it was a simple extra mayo and extra ketchup order….. This is the image of the second burger…. No solution from the manager no refund…… Both burger board operator and the manager were not concerned with the issue

So this is not the first time. I work roofing and I got a sausage egg and cheese and a bacon egg and cheese they put no egg I figured every body makes mistakes ate it and went to work now I just doordashed a large whopper merl with bacon and cheese and onion rings I paid 28$ and change and got no cheese or bacon and a large onion ring that tasted saltier then the ocean and my whopper had no cheese or bacon this is not a doordashers fault this is just a Burger King that is not customer friendly or even slightly concerned about getting orders right.

Rude staff, an employee told me she gave my order to someone else and refused to remake it. Repeatedly telling me to leave with no attempt at fixing the issue or offering a refund. Took a manager to actually get help and even then i still didn’t get my food. Avoid at all costs.

It depends on what location you got to but it just good to check your stuff before you go to many times I’ve gotten my order half correct or missing items or even better the entire meal is wrong then you get back to the windows to only find an open arms welcome to I don’t give ah blank attitude the soda or as new yokens say pop machine is always filthy they care more about their checks vs getting the job correct. I literally have to take fast food breaks and this is why..I love a good burger made with love but you don’t get that here so Caution burgers don’t look like the commercial…Lmao

Went through the Drive through and ordered to burgers they were cold as hell and the bread was hard. Had I not been in a rush I would’ve retuned back to have a conversation with the manager. It’s a damn shame

Staff seemed absolutely miserable and didn’t even say a word when I got up to the window. Just held out their hand for my card. Tried to be nice and give them a friendly thank you and they just looked at me and told me to pull around and shut the window. I get that working in food service sucks, but all I did was order my food. Then I pull around and wait for my food to be made out front and after all that time, I drive away. I take a bite out of my food and it’s not even cooked all the way through. I tried to power through it around the edges but even that was too much… it was way too undercooked for me. For the cost of a large fast food meal these days, you’d think they would at least cook it. Overall I would not give them my business again.

Edit: Sitting in line forever behind a couple that’s at the window in the drive thru arguing…. Even after getting their food. Finally pulled up to the window and their is no sausage on the sandwich… The French toast sticks are not cooked. And they tell us to come to the window and now we’re stuck behind a car that the dude is asleep in. Had to get out of the car and tell him to pull up and he’s still just sitting there. Finally at the window and the girl wants to give us attitude because they couldn’t give us food that is properly cooked and has what we asked for. And the French toast is still uncooked.

Trash location. Got charged for the wrong order after I clarified my very simple order 4 times to multiple people, took about 10 mins+ of them walking in circles doing nothing before I said give me my food I don’t care and left with no refund, paying for 2 orders. The whole time the workers moved at the pace of snails while everyone in the drive through line was clearly annoyed, I hope they didn’t charge the person I paid for. Never going to that location again!
