Currently in line waiting for food at this really poor excuse for a restaurant. The staff has been incredibly rude across the board including while I was trying to get my order number at the order screen. I attached a picture of the comically small drink that comes with their $15 meal. Absolutely blows me away The prices they charge for such crap food. I came here at the request of my wife who just was in the mood for Burger King and it has just been one thing after another. Maybe some other locations are better but this one is bad.
Roodstaff and incredibly overpriced food. Applebee’s is right down the road selling you a better burger with all the fries you want and a drink for $5 less!

I ordered food on the mobile app. It said to go inside and tell an associate your name. I get to the door and it’s locked. A worker tells me I have to go to the drive thru. If I would have known that I wouldn’t have ordered it. Drive Thru was packed and had to sit in line for 30 minutes. They served one car like every 5 minutes. I get to the window and get my food and they didn’t give me my drink. I ask for it and they told me to go to the third window. So I pull up and all that’s at the window is a mountain of dirty dishes and trays. So I didn’t get my drink and I drove away annoyed. Terrible service and coordination on their part

Clean. Fast. Good service. Fries are top notch! The burgers are a little greasy and can tends to hurt my stomach so I tried the chicken and it was actually really good. For fast food this is up there as one of the best places to go. Drive through is always packed.

Mickey and I had a tradition—every night, without fail, we’d roll up to the Burger King in Rochester, NH being the hugest fans of the legendary Hershey Pie. Mickey, my four-legged partner-in-crime, was always the real star, working the drive-thru staff with his big eyes and shameless pie-begging skills. They may not have known us the longest, but they sure treated us like they expected to see us as the night before.
Even on our last visit together for they did not know what was to transpire that next early morning, their kindness and warmth stood as always, as it should.
They did not just hand over food they served up genuine smiles and never once judged me for enabling a dog with a probable Hershey pie addiction . Mickey and I always ordered two Hershey pies, no questions asked. And that’s a tradition I refuse to break
. No matter what, ill always get two one for me, one for him ”and for a second, I’ll still glance to my right and tease him like I do, as if hes there, plotting a pie heist from beyond the grave.
Thank you for not judging for ”Mickey is a legend in his own right just like the pies protecting the good we all have inside us but that most will never know until you take that first bite!!

Chick working overnights at the window was the rudest person I’ve ever met in foodservice and thats saying something. Giving me a nasty look, a shitty attitude rolling her eyes and slamming the window midsentence… tried to double check order because we are working doordash and before we could even finish saying that we had the wrong order she walked away disregarding we even were saying anything. So we had to go back through the drive thru and wait, Then when we gave the food back after a 20 minute wait we watched them hand the exact bag we gave back to another person in the drivethru… gross.

I have went to this place A FEW TIMES but I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE TODAY! I FOUND SOMETHING AT THE BOTTOM OF MY CUP…I WAS WONDERING WHY IT WAS SO HEAVY AFTER I DRANK HALF OF IT I OPENED IT & I FOUND WHAT LOOKS LIKE A TIRE FROM ONE OF THE TOYS BUT IT’S TOO DAM HEAVY TO BE A TOY. HOW CAN THEY NOT KNOW THERE WAS SOMETHING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CUP BEFORE THEY FILLED IT. I POURED THE REST OF MY LEMONADE OUT & INSTANTLY FELT SICK I’M NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN.

This location on East Ridge Rd shouldn’t qualify as fast food. The drive thru service is so slow and inefficient, it feels intentional. You frequently end up waiting 10+ minutes for the smallest order like a drink and a fry, after you might’ve waited 10+ min at the speaker to put your order in.
And may God be with you and bless you with extreme patience and self-control if you have the misfortune of coming here past midnight .
The midnight crew behave like lazy aloof zombies. Purposefully inattentive. Deliberately sluggish, and impolite. There’s a young lady that works there at night, that you would think she is being forced to work here by way she behaves so proudly disdainful at the window. Like she’s trying to subtly provoke you to anger while maintaining plausible deniability . It’s so weird and unnecessary.
