The staff was very friendly the 1st time i went through the drive thru. So, I decided to go inside since I had time before going back to work. The staff was friendly. The food was good. Tables could have been a little cleaner. But when you have a person doing sandwiches and getting orders together… I don’t expect it to be perfect. The bathroom is pretty clean though

Worst experience at a burger king ever cost me almost $19 for a bacon cheese whopper large size and they took 10 minutes to get my food. My fries were a medium and I watched the fry girl dump 4 hot fresh fries never add salt when I mention it they have salt on them already. Seriously? Then the whopper has the 2 smallest pieces of bacon over seen hiding underneath the core pieces of a head of lettuce. Called the store for the past 45 minutes no answer.

This was our 4th visit to this new location. We had been trying to give them a little leeway as they are new, but each time there have been errors. We don’t often get the receipt, which we will now always ask for. When we pay we will also ask them to repeat the order. Perhaps this will eliminate the errors. Before we drive out of the lot we check for the number of items. If that is correct, we leave. You can’t always open up every single item before leaving. You trust that the order is correct. That has not been our experience to date.

I’ve been to this new location several times to really get a feel for it, and this time I had their mainstay, the Whopper. It was fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the lettuce was crisp. I was pleased with the French fries as well, and their service was a pleasure as usual.

Ordered 2 bacon and Swiss whopper Jr’s with no pickle. Sandwiches came with no bacon, American cheese, pickles and 3lbs of mayo. And lady that cashed me out at drive thru never gave me my receipt. I called the number twice and hit 1 for “customer inquiries” and phone rang for 10 minutes before I got a message saying “No one is avaliable at the moment to take your call.” Called a 3rd time hit number 3 for “employees who need to speak to a leader” and they answered immediately. Place is a joke for being new.

I placed a mobile order and wasn’t given the chicken fries. When I asked for them, I was met with an eye roll and the drive thru window closed. I was given the chicken fries, then asked for the correct sauce and was told I was going to have to pay for them, even though it should have been included with the chicken fries. I offered her the wrong sauce back but she didn’t take it. The food was ok, typical fast food but the attitude and rudeness was uncalled for. Won’t be back again
