Didn’t have any issues with service, and the inside was clean. The kids even said the restroom was clean. Food was good as usual, and fries were extra salty, which is a good thing. Everyone who worked there was nice and respectful. Parking was easy, and the area was clean.

I know it’s fast food but come on. Girl working at the second window didn’t seem like she wanted to be there and the food came out looking like they put it together with a weed wacker. If they put forth some effort and some quality control, there wouldn’t be some a stigma about fast food and its workers.

Staff was excellent and were helpful with my young children. They provided our drinks first, which was helpful for distracting the children while our food was cooked.

Jen the manager was completely rude and very out of work order and they forgot off of my meal and when I tried to ask for my fries that they forgot they gave me a dirty look very poor attitude and Jen is very poor towards the employees in the establishment.

I went In the store and order a large meal. I was very surprised how fast the service was. There was one person in front of me but drive thru was busy. The lady who took my order was very nice and patient. Dining room was clean and I seen the worker clean frequently.

Come here if you don’t want to actually get the food you paid for. I left hungry after waiting for them to give me the food I hadn’t gotten at the drive thru.

Im going to tell you the Burger King in Fredonia NY on Rt-60 is horrible….first of all you can’t put a review on that website…and there dysfunctional is all can say..please shut it down …Burger King should be ashamed of that establishment…Irving Burger King is 10 times better.
