Usually always go here when I get burger king but yesterday changed that I’ve never had an issue with the quality and service here untill yesterday me and my wife stopped here to grab lunch after shopping we used the drive through and as soon as we pulled up got met with attitude the worker straight up asked can I help you what do you want and when I said one minute she goes yep I placed our order proceeded to pull up the woman rudely hands us our drinks I ask for a straw get met with eye rolling and her almost dropping our food out the window (if you can’t handle doing your job you shouldn’t be working customer service) got the food home and it had to of been the worst food I’ve ever had from burger king dry poorly put together and cold fries for $35 for two meals was a very disappointing experience

Listen, If you want to be recognized promptly and politely and receive your order in a timely fashion, come here. I’ve stopped in 3 times lately and always am greeted and get my order in a matter of minutes. Don’t go to the McDonald’s in the parkway plaza (where the only way you’ll get recognized in 10 minutes or less is by ordering on the app, and half the time they’re out of what you wanted to buy anyway.) –A former McDonald’s fan and customer.

I placed an order on my cell phone and I didn’t see any option that said burnt meat. It’s the second time I’ve gotten burnt meat and I had to eat it because I was hungry. The meat tastes simple, the potatoes are very salty.

The employees did great on making and serving their whoppers, fries and also Hershey’s Sundae Pies, they were really good and it’s highly recommended. I did got to try the triple whopper with the cheese and bacon, it was so delicious. I also did got fries and it’s very tasty. I did got the Hershey’s Sundae Pie, it was also very good. One of the best places to ever go to and eat!
