Today, Friday, February 6th, on a snowy afternoon at 15°F, I left home intending to eat a big hamburger, since I had been busy all week at work and it was the weekend. I deserved to eat something delicious for $15 at Burger King. I pulled up to the drive-thru, and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes. They finally took my order; I asked for the Spicy #6 combo. I drove up to the window, and they put me on hold again for another 10 minutes. It’s worth noting that I was the only car in line, but I stayed positive instead of getting annoyed by the wait. I just thought I would receive a fresh order, that’s why they were taking so long. I received my order, got home, and was enjoying my hamburger. I was about a quarter of the way through when the meat tasted old, like when you reheat it for the third time in the microwave. I opened the hamburger and noticed that the patty was too small, and just as I suspected, it looked like it had been reheated in a microwave five times. The meat was dry and burnt, and since I only had a quarter of the hamburger left, it seemed absurd to go back and complain when I only had a quarter of a hamburger in my hand. But I’m leaving the photo so you can see that perhaps this Burger King location is neglected, nobody supervises it, and that’s why they serve whatever they want. I feel like a cartoon character who pulled a hamburger out of a sock; if I hadn’t known SpongeBob SquarePants, I would never have thought this. Please supervise Burger King daily. I’m Team McDonald’s; I don’t know why I chose Burger King this weekend. Goodbye forever, Fort Drum location.

I came here to get lunch for my wife and I left and when I got home her drink had no syrup so I tasted it and it was not good, I then poured the drink out and noticed that there was something in the ice that was in her cup, I then pulled out two receipts that were ordered roughly 30 minutes before I ordered, I went back up there and they were polite enough to give me a nee drink but I really didn’t even want to be there in the first place, the employee i talked to was very polite during the situation though so I’m sure it was an accident

The staff on shift right now, is the most efficient and cohesive group I’ve ever got food from. They were all calm and quick with their work while keeping a smile during the rush.

Couldn’t even eat it. Ordered spicy bacon chicken sandwiche and got this. Meat look like it’s been sitting for days with all the toppings. Took one bite and tossed it. Disgusting.

They often close outside of their operations hours. I like the food and the service is great but they close their store an hour early or open late sometimes. 3 of The Times I’ve gone there they closed up shop 1 to a 1/2 hour hour early so I couldn’t get food…
Just a quick follow up I’m talking about the hours on their door not the hours posted on Google they still are closing way too early. I went on Saturday just after 1900. They were closed… Inside mopping the floors….

I’ve changed the hours online more than a few times, but it keeps changing back. They are open at 0900 on Saturday and 1000 on Sunday. You almost can’t even eat there during lunch unless you’re early. They’ll make you pull forward and wait at the drive through even when no one is behind you. Staff is friendly though.

Best BK I have ever been in. And the food came out looking like the picture. This place deserves an award from BK head quarters

Congrats BK, you were my first ice complaint. All of our food was cold, nasty attitudes for no reason. Seems like no one works there, it’s just all volunteer based. Best place to go if you haven’t been disappointed in a while.

One of the best we have ever been to for a burger lunch. Staff was friendly and they keep the line moving along. We don’t eat fast food all that often, but we can say, we’d go there again. Nice touch that the ladies at the counter greeted us, and wished us a nice day when we left.
