When ordering food waiting for about 27 minutes before anybody even helped us at the front counter when asked about the menu board was informed that menu board was not working. Did not have menu to look at also while having drinks try to go to the sodium fountain out in the lobby, nothing works out there And then also while getting food of the mozzarella fries. All the mozzarella cheese from the fries was all melted outside of it would not recommend going here ever again.

I’ll start off by saying I did stop in close to the dining room closing. They first told me I could sit down to eat and after I took everything out of the bag they changed their mind and told me to pack up the food and leave. No matter what I tried to order there seemed to be some problem or other. The entire place was less than clean and the entire experience was very unsatisfactory.

After ordering my food they had us waiting 15+ minutes then they gave us extra fries and onion rings that was NOT asked for then they forgot my whole entire whopper mind u the onion rings that we DID NOT ask for were so soggy and they stank . Lady that was working the window at 5:30pm on 9/4/25 was very rude and snotty when taking my order. She was swearing when getting the orders together. When I asked for a strawberry milkshake she very rudely replied we don’t do those here. Also asked for a cup she also stated very that no we don’t have those here. Very poor costumer service skills and poor attitude.

I was the only car there waited 25 mins after ordering from online Than got a messed up sandwich and half of onion ring with burnt food and fries . She took it back was about to give a refund took my food for 5 mins came back was having personal phone conversation cursing out loud and than said I have to take it and talk to the people online. The last 4 times I Been here been my worst experience ever. My last order all wrong items. Waste of time and money. I’m assuming it was the manager with the black shirt but this place needs retraining. I need a refund. Why would this be okay. Just Ghetto

I don’t get why this place is still in business when the Burger King that close downtown was a lot better. The other person in my party had hair on their burger and I got the mozzarella fries and they were all stuck together and had like no cheese in them and it seemed like they’ve been sitting for a while. Their soda machine did not wanna work all of the workers, including the management are very rude. I have worked customer service for 10+ years and I have never received such a rude customer service at this point they need to shut this restaurant down. I will definitely be contacting other people not just leaving a review. Also had to wait a long time to get service and also never offered my receipt either get better trained friendly staff to do things correctly to fix this place or close it.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. Stopped in around 9:00 PM on a Saturday night to no line. Dining room was closed so I quickly ordered on the speaker and paid. Took 25 minutes to get my food. I could see the food sitting there but the workers did not come to the window. It was so slow, cars behind me who had ordered but not paid just left.

Stopped in for lunch…big mistake! Lady at the counter barely wanted to raise her voice to talk, bathroom was filthy, two ladies in the front had no gloves on, NOT 1 PERSON HAD ON A HAIR NET OR HAT! and my food was put together like someone was picking up trash. They poured a 1/4 cup of honey mustard on each chicken wrap, had to use two napkins to wipe it off.

Horrible service dining area closed at 8 pm had to use drive through. Order was all wrong and employee tried arguing about it didn’t give my receipt so had to sit and wait while he dug through trash to find it just to show I was right. Although BK is my favorite fast food I will never go here again
