I never write reviews about anything, ever. This is the first review I’ve ever written, and it will probably be the only one but I’ve had enough of this location. The food is fine, so 4 stars for that but the one woman that works there is why I’m writing this review. She works nights, older, glasses. Yes I’m writing a description because I want her to know that this review is about her. She is ungodly rude. I go there semi frequently because my brother in law loves BK ( ) and asks me to stop all the time. It’s almost always at night, so I always have the displeasure of having to deal with this woman. She’s rude the second you pull up to the drive through, immediate attitude. She’s rude when you pull up to the window as well. Not even an attempt to be friendly or kind. It honestly pisses me off even more that I work in customer service and work with the general public as well, and even on my worst days I have never treated a customer the way she treats me every single time I go through the drive through. Why the hell are you working at a fast food place that sees thousands of people, if you’re just going to be miserable and rude? I think she should move on to a different job, or work in the back where no one has to be subject to her miserableness. The last time I went in, granted it was like 20 minutes before they closed, but oh well, deal with it, it happens in literally every establish that deals with customers, but she was extra rude, and that’s what prompted me to write this. I’m absolutely sick of going to places like this and being treated this way by people who ARE CHOOSING TO WORK CUSTOMER SERVICE! And this is coming from someone who also works in a restaurant. I sincerely hope that she reads this review, because I know if someone wrote a review similar to this about me, I’d reevaluate my job or change up my attitude. You make people feel bad. Find a different job where you don’t have to deal with people, or stop being so damn miserable.

If I have to give zero star for this location, I would. It’s 4:50 PM – November 17th 2025. I came for picking up for DoorDash. The employees knew I was at a counter, but they ignored me and they gave me order with bad service. Come on guys it’s end of 2025. 2026 is coming soon. If you cannot work in this industry, get another job. Thank you!

Customer service would be a negative 1 . I ordered two kids meals and waited 8 min . The team lead manager in the all black was the ring leader of the rudeness . I received 3 nuggets instead of 4. And no French fries …. I ask her can I get the fourth one she says. Maybe it fell on the floor or in your bag … I said ITS NOT in the bag I can show you .
She then turns the other way . The girl from the back cooking walked up and said I can give you some sorry . ….. I waited 8 min for an incomplete order with NOBODY IN THE LOBBY

Stood at counter for awhile and no one even said a word to us. The lady rolled her eyes after i finally said excuse me can we order. Then cont to throw dirty looks and shake her head because she was inconvenienced. Then gave my grandson his milk just milk completely frozen and smelled funny. One and done for me. Never again

After I pulled up to the drive thru, the woman at drive thru kept me waiting for a solid two minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me. When I told her I had an online order, I could her scoff through the mic. I go to the window to pick up my order and she was still RUDE. How about you don’t work your job if you can’t be friendly in a high customer service industry?! Coming from someone who has worked food service for OVER a decade, I would NEVER.

The staff at this location is absolutely fantastic-always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food is fine too. My issue is with Burger King’s app deals. I used the “buy one, get one free” chicken sandwich offer through the app, thinking I was saving money. Later, I realized their regular in-store duo deal (like two for $5) was actually cheaper. On principle, that feels deceptive. A deal shouldn’t cost more than the regular price. I expect more transparency from a company this big.

Of all the BKs I’ve been to, I think this one is the best so far. (Note: I typically order online and pick up in the drive through).
Food tastes decent for fast food, the customizations are always accurate, and I always get everything I ordered. The same cannot be said about the majority of fast food places now. Prices aren’t amazing, but that’s not under their control as far as I’m aware.
Entering and leaving is tough as there is quite a steep slope towards Fayette street, which is also frequently busy.

Today I went there and was grossed out. A young girl was restocking the paper cups that hold food (onion rings, fries, etc) she fumbled and some of them fell on the floor. Did she throw the ones on the floor away….:: nope she stocked them for your food young teenager but still should have known better just throw them out next time

WARNING, DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION! I WAS SOLD A DRINK WITH A CONTAMINATED OBJECT IN IT (APPEARS TO BE BLACK MOLD). INSPECT YOUR ORDER PRIOR TO CONSUMING.
i stopped at this location and bought a value meal. long story short, I found a golf ball size piece of plastic in the bottom of my cup. this object appears to have black mold in all the crevices.
I reached out to management only to be left on hold for 15-20 minutes then hung up on and when I was able to talk to a manager, she was very rude and unprofessional. she refused to give me her name and said she didn’t have time to assist me. I reached out to the district office and corporate office and never heard back from anyone AND IT BEEN OVER A WEEK. I was eventually contacted by the manlius manager who was very nice but seemed to brush this off as no big deal. her explanation was it must have fallen off the dispenser. if this came from the dispenser, this location should be shut down. this object looked like it was pulled from the trash. it makes me feel sick to know that I consumed something with this object soaking in it. I use to eat at this location 1-2 times a week and I WILL NEVER EAT AT ANY BURGER KING LOCATION AGAIN. there is no way to contact anyone locally or national for BURGER King and leaving multiple messages and not hearing back from anyone is beyond aggravating. for the record I did not want a refund or a free meal, just some explanation of how this happened and to be reassured that there would be some kind of disciplinary action for the way I was treated. I would not recommend eating at this burger King or any for that matter. when something happens at any business, you should be able to contact someone in upper management but not bk.
