Service was amazing the food on the other hand kinda let me down. I asked for everything made fresh and I can tell that it was not. The fries were cold, the buns were not hot and toasted, the burgers taste like they were microwaved to heat and then placed on the buns. As a former General manager I gave specific instructions to insure my satisfaction and it was not met. However I am pretty sure if I had order dine in instead of the drive thru they may have followed my instructions. So over all star rating would’ve been around a 2.5

Clean, right when you walk in. Good service even during a busy lunch rush that can be filled with confusion! Cashier was swift and direct. Food was great. Friendly staff full of communication and readiness to help out! Don’t know if I’ll ever be back but if I do I will stop by here!

I waited in line for 15 minutes just to place an order. no one was in line in front of me. And I waited another 20 minutes for my food. I work in fast food and I was in shock that they were pushing drive through all the way without any in house

You wait on long lines on the drive-through such that your food is cold and soggy by the time you reach the pick-up window. Ordering in-person means that the underpaid overstressed cashier (who also seems to handle drive-through orders simultaneously) hurriedly takes your order through your mask, her mask and 2” of hanging plexiglass (‘Rona-proof sneeze shield), which insures that some details will be missed. Other than all that, peachy!

Went in yesterday for a pick up and the cashier who was a young (either Hispanic or Middle Eastern) man was very rude to me. This was about 1PM yesterday. I told him I had a pick up and he just kind of gave me a side eye and ignored me. The female manager with the pink hair “Sam” didn’t even care. Every time I go in there, it is always filthy while she is on shift. Not a care in the world. This location always makes my stomach hurt. The bathroom is always filthy as well. There are always fries all over the kitchen floor and the sandwich maker wasn’t using gloves. Absolutely disgusting. No wonder why I always get sick every time I eat here. The Fishkill location is a lot better and cleaner. Go to that one and ignore this one..

Horrible service. The man that brought me out the food just shoved the food into my car, didn’t say a word. My burger was messed up so I went in, he spoke time “what’s up”, I asked for it fixed, only to discover when I got home they messed it up worse. Isn’t the first time I’ve had issues either. Food is delicious but the service is AWFUL. Always seems as though every time we ever order, we never receive all of our items that we pay for.
Last time we went was for breakfast and the one in Poughkeepsie was closed at 9:30 am, so we called the Burger King in Fishkill and got a manager with a major attitude and was very unprofessional… we asked if they were serving breakfast and if we can order on the phone… she told me we had plenty of time and we could not order on the phone but to just come. My husband and son went to Fishkill from Poughkeepsie and they stopped serving breakfast… the associate at the front allowed us to get whatever was “left over” from breakfast but didn’t have much choices and didn’t have many items left. We paid for our food, took it home and we were missing more than half of our order. They would not reimburse us or make anything to compensate the paid missing items.
Love Burger King but not the stores or associates.
