Very slow Drive thru and pickup service. They take so long to prepare Fast food. You a be waiting in line for 15-20 mins before you even able to make your order. Burger King establishment needs to fix this Big issue in Halfmoon !!!

2 weeks ago I ordered food and they left out several items. This week I order a take out from the counter, and It takes 20 minutes to receive my food. They had made it and left it on a side counter, no callouts! I had to ask twice about my order. Do better.

Terrible drive through service. The cashier gave me the wrong order and missed an item. When I asked to place another order for the missing item, she got mad and gave me attitude. I asked for the receipts and she said she didn’t have it. When I asked if she could reprint it, she completely lost it and screamed in my face. The manager barely apologized and didn’t seem to care. Very rude and uncomfortable experience. I will never go back to this location.

I was looking to buy a good strong cup of coffee, it’s 8:40am.
I see a Burger King and made the mistake of thinking it must be like the San Antonio, Florida Burger King where they make a deliciously bold cup of coffee.
Instead, I received a cup of water with a hint of coffee. When you put the creamer in, it took on an off taupe color ( hint of coffee) and warm milk. Disgusting!
Why are people who don’t drink coffee allowed to make coffee for coffee drinkers?
Shouldn’t all Burger King’s have instructions on how to brew a pot of coffee?
*Tip: Add 2 bags of coffee to whatever Y’all made today and that would probably make decent cup of coffee.

Burger King on route 9 in Clifton Park food is very good as they say. You rule, I go there on occasion and get 2 wiper juniors minus tomato. You can get anything you want on it. You can take off what you don’t want. You can get their delicious French fries and their other mealsyou can even get no salt on your French fries. On occasion, I do purchase for the person behind me. If I’m feeling I’m nice trying to give back to the needy. Feels good to help. My fellow fellow man to make someone else’s day that when they’re Blum. The end

I hadn’t ordered from Burger King in forever so I went in to grab a quick snack on a road trip. I ordered a simple order of chicken fries and a Diet Coke and it was about as what one would expect. The atmosphere was chaotic and one of the front guys got an attitude with a customer when he wanted another packet of sauce and he was going to charge .35 cents I think it was. So the customer walked away while the employee rolled his eyes a shooshed him away as he left.
.35 cents? For a packet of sauce since one packet you get with your order included isn’t big enough for more than one nugget or fry. You that hard up BK?

25 minutes to get 4 cars through the drive thru. Lobby looked empty. This hasn’t been the first time at this location the service has been glacial. Employees were trying their best but location is understaffed. Staff your store properly, its not the place to save costs. Pushing more burden on the existing employees isn’t a solution.
