Never had a problem until recently. Food was always good . Hot stuff hot, cold stuff cold. Staff polite and prompt service. Last two visits were disappointing. First got wrong order entirely caught mistake before leaving. Second time I asked no onions and coke. Got onions and sprite. Got home and meal had to go in garbage.Understand manager hasn’t been able to get competent help. Hurry up please !

At first seemed like a normal drive thru experience. Simple enough of an order. #6 medium no Mayo no cheese just ice. I get my food and something told me to check. I’m glad I did. The whopper Jr they “made” for me had traces of Mayo on it. It was on some of the lettuce. I tell the guy at the window and he yells at me that there is no Mayo. “Where is the mayo? Do you want Mayo? You said no Mayo.” I’m allergic to eggs, so for those who do not know, Mayo is majority eggs and oil with a bit of seasoning. I get frustrated and tell him I cannot have Mayo, ANY Mayo. At no point was I rude or raising my voice at him. He tells me to pull forward while they make another. I check the new one. Looks good. I go to eat it. Tastes like soap and my tongue burns a little, especially the pickle. … At least the fries were good :/ I wish he had given me a receipt so I could do their stupid survey. Never going to this one ever again. Avoid late night. If it isn’t their standard make, expect it to be incorrect and expect attitude. One star only cuz the fries were good.

Really good, I love Burger King because their Burger are so big, better than McDonald’s the are so small and cost too much, that’s why I prefer Burger King and the people are very friendly and always have a big smile, I recommend food is always fresh and hot I love their food

Terrible food. The only item that was good was the Sprite. Chicken nuggets were rubber. French fries had no salt. Whopper Jr was cold. I would rather drive across the state to another BK.
