It was a truly terrible experience. The person at the counter, a woman with bleached hair and an attitude more repulsive than the worst insult imaginable, saw us arrive to pick up an order. She literally looked at us over her shoulder, and NEVER opened the window. She stood inside the restaurant, arms crossed, and left us waiting for almost two minutes until another person approached and apparently asked her if she had understood us, to which she responded with a dismissive gesture towards us, looking at us again in a condescending and rude manner. Woman, if you don’t like your job, leave! Don’t ruin businesses or the efforts of others, like the guy who finally served us. He opened the window and even apologized for the childish and completely inappropriate attitude that woman had towards us. Very bad. If you don’t like your schedule, find one where you’re happier… or simply do your job properly. You ruin everything with your attitude, which is completely lacking in customer service (and no!! I’m not asking for a red carpet or unnecessary subservience, it simply doesn’t cost anything to ask, “How can I help you?” when a customer arrives… not act like you’re arguing with your mother…). Truly awful service around 10:28 pm on Saturday, February 7th. I hope a supervisor sees this comment and that they at least let her know that nobody needs her bad attitude at work.

Best Burger King to exist. They have some much cool 80’e Hollywood memorabilia. Please do not renovate this location like you have with others like it or else I won’t come back. I always come here whenever in the area

When my daughter went presbyterian she ordered their Impossible burger, which I tried as well, it is as big as the whopper burger with the same fixings. I will say, it is a tasty alternative to meat! I also like when I am pleasantly surprised to have some onion rings with my fries. I actually believe you can get half fries/ half onion rings but not sure

Mexican guy at drive through window today at 330pm tried to steal 10 dollars from me. He only have me 2 singles. I told him he still owes me 10 dollars and he immediately knew what I was talking about because he knew he tried to not give me my correct change. Disgusting. How many people does he do this to everyday and gets away with it

We went at a quiet time. The cashier/manager was great, friendly and complete with her questions. She was always smiling! Said hello and have a nice day when we left. No place has been this nice for a fast food place. I think it’s because the ladies are a bit older and excel in service! I can’t believe I’m saying this about BURGER KING!
BUT good service deserves a posting on POSITIVITY and not complaints.. this will be the only burger King I have ever had such a delightful experience! Thank you ladies!

They were very generous. They gave me 9 cheese curds instead of 4, which I ordered. Even more than the larger 8 option for $1 more. Respect for giving me more food than I ordered. Burger King is very good at completing orders. Food is decent. Typical Burger King food.

Stopped in for a fast bite and was impressed. Service was quick, the food was hot and solid for fast-food standards, and the dining area was spotless. This location felt more kid-friendly than most Burger Kings I’ve visited, with plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere. Perfect when you’re in a rush but still want to sit down for a moment.

OMG, I’VE MISSED NY. So I have lived out of state about 2 years and recently am back, and finally got the order I ordered, CORRECTLY DONE & FAST. I have not had this service outta of state. So this location specifically blessed and made my day. I know that seems like the bare, but NJ is rough yall, specifically food, even fast food wise. And the food mmmmmmh was AMAZING, and I did a special order that could’ve easily been messed up, and they did not.

When they can’t deliver orders on time, they have nowhere for customers to pull over so the rest of the line is stuck behind them. They either need to speed up or build an area where patrons can pull over to the side like most other Burger Kings have
