Honestly the worst Burger King I’ve ever dealt with. Ordered before, got bad quality food but decided to be nice, give them a long break and then come back. Bad idea.

Not only do they ignore order notes and replace it with whatever they feel like, the food is tasteless. I’ve eaten at quite a few Burger Kings in my time and this is the absolute worst. I ordered a Root beer and got Dr. pepper. I rarely ever drink that.

I know they have the ability to call the customer because I’ve had it happen before so why didn’t they bother to call and just give me whatever they want.

This is a pattern of lackluster food and service from this location. Make sure you avoid this place at all costs.

Great staff. Lately it feels like that’s just as important as the food. They were very helpful and patient all my food was hot. I asked for sauces they didn’t fight me about it and the manager even gave my daughter a soft serve on the house. One of the better burgerkings I’ve ever been to.

Wish I could go negative stars unfortunately I cant, this is not about food quality but about customer service from cashier that was racist, watched her eye balked all the black people but smiling with the Hispanics and White, sickening, mind you she’s mexican, its an all Hispanic staff BTW,definitely not going back

Grocery Takeout
I recently visited this Burger King location 440 mill RD, Hewlett, NY and had a disappointing experience with the drive-thru service. When I pulled up to the intercom to place my order, the employee didn’t hear me the first time, which I completely understand. I repeated my order politely, but again, he didn’t hear me. The third time, instead of calmly asking me to repeat myself, he responded with a very rude “What?!”

Good customer service is about patience and professionalism, and I believe the proper way to handle this situation would have been something like:
“I’m sorry, I didn’t catch that. Can you please repeat your order? or Can you speak a little louder? I’m having trouble hearing you.

Instead, his tone came off as dismissive and unprofessional.

Then I went to the window, I attempted to discuss the communication difficulties we had encountered. Instead of acknowledging the situation professionally, the employee dismissively stated, “I have a real customer placing an order I can’t waste my time talking to you. This response was both unprofessional and disrespectful.

When I pointed out his rudeness, he deflected by claiming he couldn’t hear me because my windshield wipers were too loud. This excuse was unfounded, as my windshield wipers were operating normally and did not produce any noise.

I believe that effective customer service involves patience, active listening, and respectful communication. The behavior exhibited by this employee falls short of these standards. I kindly request that you address this matter appropriately to prevent similar experiences for other customers in the future

It’s important for employees, especially those in customer service roles, to be trained on how to handle such situations in a polite and professional manner. I hope management can address this and provide proper training to ensure a better experience for customers .

I passed by the drive thru a guy named paublo was very rude I didn’t leave my food because he took other orders from my colleagues but they should put their hands in the fear according to the treatment of customers one gets to buy the service not to order unfortunately that happens with people who I think are resistant with their cousin people

I’ve never left a bad review but I asked for an impossible whopper but was given a regular meat burger in an “impossible whopper” wrapper my boyfriend who eats meat tested it too. It may seem silly but I could get really really sick. I went back in to get it fixed and the manager literally laughed at me and didn’t care. Awesome

when it first opened, it was good. then it started to get unkept dirty and the food wasn’t fresh sometimes cold and workers seem like they dont want to be there. What they use to fry items that oil has an odd taste. Maybe it needs to be changed more often or could be cheap oil that smells off. I haven’t gone in a few years. I might try it again to see if it improved since so many give it good reviews. I stay away because fast food has a lot of salt and fat, plus it’s expensive now but it’s fast and convenient once in awhile OK. It’s a shame fast food used to taste a lot better, and the places were clean. I rather eat a slice of pizza.
