Overall this is a stop at a gas station. Unfortunately they don’t carry some of the menu items and make no effort to remove them from the board or supply them. The staff does their best, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

It’s great that the food is prepared right in front of you, but it gets cold very quickly. Also, I don’t like gas station BKs because they’re are not in tune with mainstream stores, such as they don’t take coupons and you’re not allowed to keep your receipt because you have to pay the gas station owner, who owns it. They also lack full menus. If you ever keep a copy of your receipt, Google their information and you’ll be surprised.

Although the food was hot it was also hard like they nuked it too much in the microwave. They should have just said that they were closed and the grill was off for the night. Instead they microwaved the items which was mostly inedible. Normally they have good food. Just don’t go when it’s close to closing.

Placed an order on the app at 10:21pm and got there at 10:25pm to wait on the order. There were a few other people also trying to pick up orders and it took the person behind the counter a while to even acknowledge someone waiting all to say they are closed. This is the 5th time this has happened where the same employee says they are “closed” and nobody can get orders that were already placed on the BK app or Doordash/UberEats. It really makes you not want to order from that particular location at all.
