I’ve visited multiple times and have always enjoyed my experience. Their decaf coffee is delicious, and the pastries are excellent. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy coffee and catch up with a friend. The Pigeon River latte is my go-to, and it’s consistently wonderful. Customer service is fast, friendly, and welcoming, and the café is clean and relaxing. I would highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere.

Overall, great little coffee shop. The floor is tile. Which is nice for spills and winter snow cleanup. I loved the variety of breads one could get along with coffee drinks. There is a bathroom in the small shop too which is nice. My only suggestion is comfier chairs and get rid of the high top tables and instead make a space more easily accessible to wheelchairs and/or scooters. Just a thought. I enjoyed my coffee drink though im ashamed to say I dont remember it’s name. Keep up the good work.

A great little local coffee ☕️ shop that the locals actually go to. Excellent coffee, sweet and tasty Cinnamon Rolls plus other pastries and goodies. Affordable price. Also WiFi of course. Stop by and say hi and enjoy a cup of coffee.

What a fantastic bakery and coffee shop in lovely downtown Gaylord.
The dark roast coffee was robust and there are unique flavors of mixed coffee drinks (blueberry white mocha really tasted like blueberry!) Looked like all coffee drinks come in iced or hot.
Pastries were fresh, scones were light and fluffy, croissants were beautifully buttery and the asiago bagel was magnificent.
A variety of bread loaves were available for reheating at home.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The staff here is SO friendly, accommodating & helpful. Drinks were delicious and our cinnamon, muffin & bagel were too. We were passing through with our three little kids and we always try and find a highly rated local coffee shop. We’ll be back!

Brenna’s Up North is amazing. The North Shore latte is one of my all time favorites. Everytime I drive down from the UP I try to stop here. I got a Hawaiian Salted Caramel Latte and it was one of the best lattes I have had in a while. I highly recommend this coffee shop.

We found a warm welcome and delicious coffee and tea at Brennan’s. Service was amazing and we were very happy with our beverages. The bread and pastries looked delicious but we’ll have to wait to try those another time. Wish I could come every day!!

The beach bum coffee was sweet and perfect. The feta and spinach crossiant was delicious. My friend had chicken burrito which she enjoyed as well. The place is cute and the people are friendly.

Brennan’s Up North is a true gem! The pastries are absolutely delicious — we tried the oatmeal raisin cookie, chocolate chunk cookie, ginger cookie, cinnamon roll, savory cheese scone, and a matcha, and everything was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy, and the friendly, polite, family-operated feel makes it even more special. Highly recommend stopping in!
