The service at this location is always slow. Painfully slow. Has not gotten any better in over 20 years. The food is standard burger king food and is consistently the same.

I legitimately got the nicest most well-made burgers and wrap that I’ve gotten from any of the mainstream fast food restaurants in a very long time. The gal behind the counter made our sandwiches nicely and not the usual fast and sloppy. It may have been because it was after the lunch rush and they weren’t very busy, but they were made very nicely nonetheless. She also added some extra spicy sauce to my wrap when I asked.

It’s pretty much the worst BK I’ve been to. The young kids that work there don’t give a damn, the one older lady is doing the best she can but 1 person making all the food is not a recipe for success.

I love Burger King, but this one is the worst. You’d expect better simply because it’s a West Point establishment, but it’s not just Burger King that comes up short on that logic. Polite, but incompetent staff. I get about an hour for my lunch break, and the one time I chose this place for food, I spent almost a half hour waiting for it. And that’s if they haven’t closed ridiculously early on you.

This place is not as bad as what some of the reviews saying. I had great memories with friends coming here after a long academic week or training when I was a cadet. It felt like a treat back then. I recently came back to visit and ordered the deluxe Chicking sandwich. It was juicy and delicious.

The biggest cheapskates in prices. This place is the Mr. Crabs of Burger King. They dont accept online coupons such as the 37 cent whopper and are really annoying with charging for ranch and condiments. Always a stressful annoying experience going here.

I made the mistake of eating at tacobell but in this place you can hear everything… the manager knew his stuff! He took the time to explain each item to the customer and treated them like he was happy to have them! There was almost never a line do only to the quickness of their service!
