I actually went to Popeyes but since they’re combined why not…. Place was clean, service was fast and workers were polite. Could’ve gave me a “You’re Welcome” to at least one of my many “Thank You’s” but hey she wasn’t rude or disgruntle, so I’ll take it. My spicy breast were a little darker than preferred but the still are well. Nice crunch to the skin…I requested light ice and she showed me before putting it in my cup. Thank you. Better than a lot of other Popeyes locations I’ve visited so that’s a win right there!!!! I’m Out!

Ordered a chicken sandwich and an impossible burger. The impossible burger was totally undercooked, and when I was halfway through the chicken sandwich, I bit into a piece of hard plastic. Very gross, will not be eating there again.

The worse burger king experience, food was cold the manager doesn’t know about the coupon discount, I did a survey and spent 50 dollars and I still didn’t get the whopper that they said once completing the survey. Dont go here. I wouldn’t recommend it at all their customer service sucks their all staff needs retraining.

This Burger King restaurant is the worst in service. If you order from uber eats you will not receive what you ordered. Uber eats refunded my money and added on a extra $5.00 . This establishment should be shut down.

I used Uber Eats for my order last night. I specifically said no cheese ( I am allergic to dairy) and no pickles.Of course when I get my food it had cheese and pickles. My fries were hard and the hey were old not fresh. So I ended up hungry because I couldn’t eat my food.

Staff Closes Early, Rude Service, Hard and long Refunds — Avoid This Location
This Burger King regularly shuts down well before the official closing time. Staff are rude, dismissive, and simply refuse to help if you show up even 15 minutes before close.
When I paid for my order online, they just told me to “do a chargeback” and walked away.
If you have a problem, be ready for a week of back-and-forth with customer service, and another week waiting for your refund — all for nothing but wasted time and attitude.
Honestly, the service here feels more like a dive bar than a proper restaurant. I won’t be coming back.
Management seriously needs to fix this place.

Came in made a $50 order and the cashier didn’t have change for $100 the manager was very rude and disrespectful cursing at cashier and me. I was told to go next to Popeyes. I walked out very bad experience, I will be making a complaint to the BBB
WHAT A SHAME, I’m crazy but the whopper is the best fast food burger on the planet. Why do these employees taint the name of the company. If you’re having a bad day take a walk, why take your frustrations out on people. I was making a $50 order my family was waiting on that order. They didn’t even understand, I was shocked how the manager treated the employee, kudos to that young man who composed himself before talking to me. I could imagine why goes on when the doors are locked. As much as I love burgers I rather cook them at home from now on, I will never bring my business to this place again. I know bk doesn’t need my $43 but I am disappointed in the treatment I received and I was pissed that I was told to go next door to Popeyes. They don’t have pride in what there doing or selling. I can no longer go to one of my favorite burger spots right around the corner from my own house. I’d rather follow there advice go to Popeyes or Taco Bell next door, or McDonalds across the street. Sad day
