Clifton was so patient and nice at the drive thru! There was a bit of confusion about the order (no one’s fault; we all know how drive thrus are) and he made sure to go over it with me to get it right (and it was!). Also, there were no toys in the kids meals so I went inside and asked, and the people at the counter gave me the missing toys (I felt a little embarrassed about having to go in after the drive thru, but I’d rather do that than have an unpleasant trip home). I appreciate the kindness!

I got this cheese burger few minutes ago and then I came to my office, start eating and after the first bite I found a long hair stock in the cheese. That was disgusting.

I still loved my BK ❤ ❤ initially until today when this disgruntled employee named Jeremy decided to hassle my girlfriend and I for carrying our personal items in a small shopping cart and told us that we have to leave the shopping cart outside preventing us from the opportunity to dine in and as we were anticipating get out of the cold and enjoy our meal inside of the restaurant….. I feel as if we were discriminated against and action needs to be done and someone hire up needs to reprimand the said employee and please resolve this issue.

I went to get my favorite Bacon King, when I arrived home it had literally no bacon!!! Y fortunately it was 10:50. I called to complain and they said come back in 5mins and we can fix it when there was no way to make it in that time. Just ridiculous Baconless King more like it!!!!

For Burger King, I’ve always felt that it’s better than other burger places, but just has worse quality control. This Burger King, however, in all my experiences has had very good quality control of their food, whopper is great when you get it fresh. Workers have always been friendly In my experiences.

Ordered via the app and 3 minutes later when I walked in, my order was ready, correct and neatly wrapped. The counter lady saw me approaching the online order pickup counter and immediately grabbed my to-go bag. Great service. However….dirty tables and floor all over the dining area. Not impossible to find a clean table, but it has the feeling of eating in a bus station.
