Ordered a bacon cheese whopper Jr, onion rings and a diet dr pepper. Usually they forget the onion rings, but they were the hilight of the meal(even though the container was upside down at the bottom of the bag.) They gave me the wrong drink and the sandwich wasn’t even warm, it was cool in the center. At least the server was pleasant. Waste of money.

Went in for lunch, had to wait a couple minutes for my order to be taken because they seemed busy. After they took my order I had to wait for about 20 minutes until I got it. I got the Bacon King but it was nothing like the ones I’ve had at other Burger Kings. The patties were almost burned and very dry. Every single customer that came in after me had to wait a similar amount of time for their food. It seemed like they did not know what they were doing in there. When I was in high school I worked at a Burger King for a summer and I remember we had a time limit to get the orders expedited but I guess it’s not the case anymore, it’s like they don’t care anymore.

Needed to stop for a quick bite. The staff was very polite and friendly. The location appeared clean and well-maintained. This location is either new or renovated. I haven’t been in a Burger King since I was a kid. I had the chicken sandwich and it was just as tasty as I remembered it. For a fast-food restaurant, it hit the spot.

What the heck happened? This place used to be my favorite spot in town to get fast food after work. I’ve noticed a HUGE difference past 3 times I’ve been here. (First two times I thought it was just a bad day). My orders keeps coming out wrong or just burnt or in general. I get they are busy and there is staff shortages but it seems they now take twice as long as usual. Staff always seem upset now.

Visited this location on 1/14/23. The burger was dry and cold. It felt like it was made several hours ago . The beef patty was burnt and I had to take out the burnt parts while eating. Several hours after eating, It still tasted like burnt in my mouth. There must had been more burnt parts in the patty. The service was slow. Over all – Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star, should have been zero. I love whoppers but this location destroyed that love. I would not go to Burger King again.
