There were two employees working today one ruder than the other. How they have jobs is beyond me. First I was there to order 4 sponge Bob meals. I was never asked what size I wanted. Was told they did not have the desert that came with the meal and was offer a chocolate cream pie. Being I had 4 drinks the fact I had to ask for a drink carrier was annoying. The 10 min wait for the food? Were they processing the cow? Now a woman on her cell phone having a conversation about someone with a heart condition was much more important at the time than serving customers. She attempted to hand me three boxes of food through the drive through window. Still one phone as I protested that I could to grab three boxes through my car window so she shoved them in and finally gave me the last box and shut the window. No have a nice day, please come again, happy holiday, nope just continued to talk on the phone. Don’t waste your time or money on this sub par incompetent product.

I would never return to this Burger King again. I never write reviews, but I felt necessary to write a review, on the manager of this Burger King. He was so rude & sarcastic that it was shocking. I ordered 1 plain beef Pattie with no bun I said it was for my dog. When I went to pay the guy says $9.00 in change I forgot the exact amount because I immediately said oh it can’t be over $9.00 all I ordered was 1 beef pattie, he immediately says yes you ordered 1 whopper Pattie and that is the price … I disagreed & said I did not order a whopper I ordered 1 beef Pattie all he did was continue to talk over me & repeat that is the price for 1 whopper patties. I said we are getting nowhere, you keep on talking over me. Can I please speak to the manager because you are not hearing me. He responds I am the manager! I said I am 67 years old I always order a beef Pattie n it is not over 9.00 & it is not a whopper but all he kept repeating like a recording is 1 whopper. This was not professional, He was an arrogant & obnoxious & does not care about listening nor does he care about understanding customers requests.

So I ordered a dbl whopper and my fries where immediately put the bag waiting for the burger which the manager asked for no less than 4 times and while I waited I asked for my fries to be exchanged for the new batch that was just dumped. The manager obliged which is why the service was good but once I got home it was a single whopper and didn’t have extra pickles as I asked.

I then forgot the drink there on the counter and I assume no one noticed, my fault. But not paid almost $15 for a dbl and got a single.

I threw my receipt away so couldn’t even go back and was miles away when I noticed. Not a great experience and I love me a dbl whopper but not sure I’ll return anymore. Wendy’s around the corner from my house.

I frequent this Burger King whenever I need a quick bite to eat. The service I’ve received from this establishment has been nothing short of wonderful! Lawrence provides incredible service every time I come here. He’s a very personable guy, and does his job well! Lawrence, if you’re reading this, you rock, man!

There’s a TON of difference experiences depending on the time, but for me, when I go in the evening the manager is very nice though the inside may be closed. HOWEVER, I noticed they are understaffed and will take a while, but it’s one manager running it, he is nice to at least us, so 4 stars though expect it to take a while.

The workers were not patient and made everything in our meal large making me pay a lot more.

Lmao no wonder this location has low reviews. The service is so unbelievably slow, rude, and condescending. You have people that attempt to make your order an issue and instead of following protocol they like to do whatever they want. They’ll also want to accuse you of attempting to “steal food” from an uber eats pickup @ store order lol. Guess even showing proof of identification wasn’t enough for the employee (like he asked) despite showing multiple recipes, after asking if I could check my bank account to see if the order came out. Then lied and said I didn’t have to show anything after my first verification of the order to my mother. To ask about that multiple times, but then told my mother who came into the store after to verify the order got told “I didn’t need any verification after she showed me the first screen shot” again to mother when she came into the store. Ask me why I was there for multiple minutes afterwards? This employee, Lawerence, said to me “oh so you’re who I just spoke to” then proceeded to hide in the back on the phone with his manager for over ten minutes when my mom showed up to verify the order. This location is ridiculous and filled with employees that just want to do whatever they want. There was no resolution for the way this situation, everything was met with a laugh and being told there’s no one we can get in contact with

Lawerence was working the store. I ordered on uber eats. Show pic of order paid didn’t believe my daughter sent multiple pics of the order and paid status still didn’t believe my daughter wanted to see a picture of my bank account to show it was taken out and proceeds to tell my daughter it’s a good way for someone to get over on food. Are you on drugs you saw the receipt with the ordered and payment. Totally disgusting customer service would give me number to corporate office lied and said there is none. This will not stop here. I will get him fired.

Honestly would probably never come back unless i was starving. It was only 9:45 and employees were outside the building hanging out. Made the car in from of us wait until they got inside. Didn’t let us order without them interrupting “is that all?”
Drink machine isn’t working because our drink weren’t good. Fries were cold when we checked the bag at the window. Order was incorrect overall. A sandwich looked punched.
