Slowest service ever. The ironically this is supposed to be fast food. It took more than 45 mins to prepare the food for us. The staff could be working at the DMV. They literally move as slow as the sloth from Zootopia! DO NOT ORDER from here!

I ordered 1 Whopper. The lady making it did a wonderful job. I saw the care and detailed attention she was giving it. She placed it in the pick-up tray where it sat for several minutes, right in front of me. The lady behind the counter was too busy fussing with her 4″ long finger nails. When she gave me and another customer our sandwiches, I received a double patty burger with bacon; with none of the vegetables I desired. I took a bite and quickly realized the situation. I didn’t want to waste food or to wait even longer, so I ate what was g8ven to me.

Burger King still stands out when it comes to food. We were very pleased with our breakfast. It was delicious. The customer service was great, service was fast and the atmosphere wasn’t noisy.

This was hands down one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. I waited 32 minutes for a TWO-BURGER order — at Burger King. That alone is ridiculous. It wasn’t even busy, yet somehow a simple order turned into a half-hour ordeal.
To make it worse, the employees were rude from start to finish, with nonstop attitude as if customers were an inconvenience. When I finally received my food, items were missing. When I politely went back and showed my receipt proving it was THEIR mistake, I was met with even more attitude, eye-rolling, and zero accountability.
On top of that, the cleanliness was disturbing. I watched an employee use gloved hands to touch their clothes and then continue handling food. That’s basic food safety, and they completely ignored it. The place felt dirty, careless, and unprofessional.
Slow service, rude staff, incorrect orders, and poor hygiene — this location fails on every level. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

The young woman with dread twists was very disrespectful did not make my order right and was talking aggressively under her breath I was with my son and my pregnant wife and they STILL were rude. I was over charged and did not get what I ordered I’m from New York so I can’t turn around but I definitely will make a report !! I was charged 31 $ for 2 cheese whooper meals & French toast sticks and didn’t even get cheese on my whooper my experience was horrible FIRE THESE PEOPLE ASAP!!

Don’t ask for an extra bbq sauce, they might get mad here. Lady has a simple job of running food to the counter but couldn’t help having an attitude with others before me and when I asked a simple question. Not to mention the RBF.

Terrible place to eat. I stopped because I wanted to enjoy a good hamburger, but the service was terrible. I told the lady I only wanted the sandwich, but she kept asking if we wanted the combo, and she got angry when I said no. I wouldn’t stop here again, even if I’m hungry.

I ordered a whopper junior my husband ordered a double whopper meal fries where old whopper junior bread was so hard meat was old like it had been sitting there since lunch if you take the food back they act like you’re telling a lie and the only thing they gone give you fresh back is French fries everything else will still be old if you’re a truck driver please don’t waste your hard earned money we work to hard and risk our lives everyday to have people play with our money and not wanting to give us fresh food that we pay for
