I used to work for Burger King in my teens and I’ve worked at many locations before. I used to take pride in assembling the burgers to peoples choices. I’ve ate at many different locations throughout my years and never received the same quality as when I used to be in that kitchen BUT AT THIS LOCATION, Lord. I am truly amazed at how well and accurate they got my order. You guys brought back a memory I forgot I had with how good this burger was. I came all the way to the reviews and I think that says a lot. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! next time I’m leaving a nice tip

It’s Thanksgiving day. We ordered 12 crispy onion whopper meals. Suyapa was very accommodating & very helpful. She handled our order so quickly. I really liked her attitude & appreciated her because although they’re busy she’ still got a chance to greet us a happy Thanksgiving.

Renovated in August 2025 by a new owner and new pictures are added. This is one of the better Burger Kings – properly staffed so you don’t have to wait forever, friendly staff and enough seating so you will almost always find an empty spot, even at lunchtime on a weekend.
There is adequate parking and a traffic light on Hackensack Ave makes it easy for you to safely get there.
There is a drive-thru and, like all fast food places with a drive thru, you will always get the fastest service there.

Me and my family made a quick stop. The updated space was clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a coupon and the shift Manager, Sumaya, was very accommodating. She helped us with our order and encouraged us to come back soon. We will try too! Overall, we had a pleasant experience. (I would recommend this location.)

Just did a dine in here today and I can honestly say that this is one of the best BK’s I’ve ever been too. Burger King Hackensack is an over 60 year old business that is historically well used frequented by nearby FDU students. Despite a remodeling some years ago, and a pleasing visual atmosphere, the establishment has fallen in terms of food. On a recent visit here, I found my Whoppers to be severely undercooked. If it weren’t for the fact that I had a bus to catch, I would have had them reheated. Instead, I ended up having to take what was left after a couple of bites home, and then reheated them myself, to my satisfaction. It was really sad that this place has declined so much.

this burger king is amazing. I love to go here with my friends and oh seven heavens it’s just spectacular. Service is great, very nice people. Food is honestly amazing and I like their fries and shakes better than most high end places. This place is also very well kept. I love this burger king. It has a special place in my heart.
