Time to shut this location down. I had a bad incident today. I usually go here Once or twice a week. Today I entered and started to walk to the bathroom and the manager told me I have to order 1st. (I know this is common in some areas) But I reminded the manager I am a customer I come here all the time. She said she was instructed to not let anyone use the bathroom before ordering. I told her she should treat me like a person and let me use the bathroom before I ordered. She refused. I told her she was usually very nice to me. She said she’s still nice. But I order first. To the owners of this Burger King it’s time to tear this down rebuild and instruct some new rules and respect your frequent customers. I decided to take my business elsewhere on Rt 22 there are 100 of places to eat.

I took advantage of the 3 for 8 dollar deal. Had 2 chicken sandwiches & the chicken fries. All were excellent, hot and fresh.The service was very good and the dining room was very clean and inviting. Great job to the Mgr and team.

Only gave it a three stars because they usually have my impossible burgers. This morning they didn’t and I left empty handed. But I got to experience another drive thru which was next door.

I literally order a milkshake from this place all the time and yesterday they gave me a straw so I was calling the store today at 8:32 and someone picked up was very rude an nasty and hung and my face I tried to call back 3 times after that I literally had to tell my DoorDasher to give them the phone i will not being ordering from this nasty rude place they call business

Extremely ignorant staff. Refused access for our ambulance crew to the bathroom until AFTER we had our food. That’s right, we have to get our food and take our food into the bathroom with us. Not allowed to use the bathroom and then get our food. And she was extremely nasty when asked about that. So back in the ambulance and next door to Taco Bell we went.

The vergers were decent. The onion rings were old and Luke warm. At least the cashier was remotely nice. I don’t think I will go back there again unless I really need food. It’s a shame.

I had my lunch break at this location and was blown away. This restaurant was so clean and the atmosphere was awesome. I received outstanding customer service while ordering my food. I will be eating at this location whenever I’m in the area. Thank you both to the cashier who took care of me and the manager for keeping it so clean .

Whenever my family and I want BK for dinner, this is our go to location. I always make sure to order ahead and 9 times out of 10 our order is already prepared and ready for me to pick it up. The staff in there is attentive and professional. The food is hot and fresh which is always a plus. More often than not there’s plenty of parking spots in the lot and seats inside the restaurant itself.
