303 In The Cut Is Next Level!

Omg—303 In The Cut was straight fire! The burrito was on point—seriously, I’d say it’s the best in Las Vegas right now. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, and every single time I go, it just gets better. The food is always fresh off the grill, packed with flavor, and never misses.

The owner is an amazing guy—super helpful, down-to-earth, and you can tell he truly cares about his customers. The whole staff is solid too—friendly, fast, and they straight SLAPP. Major props to the team!

We drive all the way from Utah just to eat here, and trust me—it’s worth it every time. We will definitely be back.

Oh—and I almost forgot… the cheesecake? INSANE. Hands down the best I’ve ever had—and I’m a cheesecake connoisseur. I love cheesecake more than life itself, and this one blew me away.

If you haven’t been to 303 In The Cut, do yourself a favor and go. You won’t regret it!

I recently decided to ditch the usual delivery apps and try something local, and I’m so glad I found 303 in the Cut in the Centennial Hills area of Northwest Las Vegas. It was a chilly night around 45 degrees, and tucked near Centennial Hospital, this food trailer was a gem.

I ordered the Dirty Dog, the Philly Cutty Fries, and the Prickly Pear Cactus Cooler (or Cutty Juice). Let me just say, the flavors were out of this world. Everything was perfectly balanced with green chili, a hint of lime, and some fantastic homemade sauces. The Cutty Juice was so refreshing I wished I could have taken home a gallon!

As for the atmosphere, it’s a friendly spot with a lot of heart. The team was super welcoming and really cares about creating a great customer experience. My only tip: a little more lighting or a sign to make the trailer more visible to passing cars would be the cherry on top. But overall, this place has huge potential and absolutely deserves a glowing review. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. Definitely check them out

You ever chase a recommendation because the internet swore you’d have a religious experience?

That was me at 303 In The Cut.

TikTok said get the sandwich cheesecake.
TikTok said get the tiramisu.
TikTok said you’d understand once you tried it.

So I showed up, ordered exactly what the algorithm commanded, and waited for the moment where angels descend and your life choices feel validated.

It never came.

Let’s start with the sandwich cheesecake, the supposed star of the show. What I got was… fine. Not bad, not offensive, not memorable. It tasted like someone had a decent idea and stopped halfway through executing it. Sweet, heavy, a little confused about whether it wanted to be indulgent or clever. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely wasn’t worth a pilgrimage or a camera pointed at it.

Then came the tiramisu. Again, perfectly edible. Also perfectly ordinary. The kind of dessert you eat, nod politely at, and immediately forget on the drive home. No balance revelation, no texture revelation, no “I need to bring friends here immediately” moment. Just… dessert.

Here’s the real problem. These dishes carry premium pricing and viral hype, but the experience delivers neither craftsmanship nor comfort. It feels engineered for a phone screen rather than a plate. Looks interesting for five seconds, lives in memory for about ten.

You leave full, lighter in the wallet, and wondering if you missed something everyone else pretended to taste.

I didn’t hate it.

I just didn’t find a single reason to come back.

Don’t bother. This place is so overrated. I got the beef burrito and cheesecake $38. There was no separation of flavors in the burrito it was just beef and some heat. It did not taste fresh. All the pretty pictures that you see of the cheesecake look absolutely nothing like what I took home. Mine had very little fruit topping and the cheesecake was dry and hard and flavorless. I did not eat any of it. The business owner is a whiz at marketing but the food does not match the hype. I contacted him the next day. We chatted (after a delayed response), and I jumped through various hoops he requested. He implied the info was for a credit but then ghosted me for the 2nd time. I pressed and he finally offered me a sandwich. I don’t have time for bs. Despite replies and offers to make it right, I doubt that any of the customers’ here with similar experiences were treated any differently. He does not care. There seems to be people who genuinely like the food. Just know, at best it’s hit and miss. And -I was willing to pay $38 for something special. This was not even close and on their best day could never be worth that price.

Wife and I stopped by here last night for the first time. She ordered the Crackin’ Fried Chicken Fries and I got the Green Chile Burrito. Both were absolutely excellent tasting. The sauce the put on both of them were flavorful and added to the chicken. I was actually impressed with how well the chicken was seasoned and cooked in both items. Two completely different items, but they were both very good. The items were so big that they will definitely last for two meals. So keep that in mind when you order. The prices aren’t cheap, but they aren’t outrageous either. If you want some cheap chicken then head to the Mc place and get some nasty nuggets.

The employees that helped us were upbeat and very nice. I would imagine I’ll go to this place once a month. I can’t wait to try out the rest of their menu!

For the past year, we’ve noticed this food truck at the corner of Hualapai and Deer Springs and always wondered what the hype was about. When we finally decided to check it out, we realized they had moved! Luckily, we didn’t have to search long… we found them in an even better spot at Deer Springs and North Durango, near the new Centennial Hospital.

This was our first visit, so we decided to sample a few options to see what makes this place so popular (there’s always a long line whenever we pass by). We ordered two Philly cheesesteaks and the Kraken Fried Chicken Cuddy Fries, and let me tell you… everything was absolutely delicious!

The staff was just as impressive as the food. They were down-to-earth, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great experience. We took our food home, and after the first bite, everyone at the table agreed: this food truck is a must-visit. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

We arrived around 7:30 pm on a Wednesday. There was no line yet. We actually got there right on time because by the time we left, there was a line starting to form. We ordered the Crackin fried chicken fries, green chile burrito, love fries (secret menu), and you can’t forget about the Tiramisu and cheesecake. We ended up paying a little over $90, not including tip. Pricier then I would prefer. They give pretty big, sharable portions of food. All this food we ordered was bought for 3 adults and 1 child. We could have gotten away with probably one entre and one dessert due to their serving sizes. Everything was as tasty as expected. My favorite part was the cheesecake. It was such a great combination of flavors The vibe was pretty chill. Like there’s no pricing on the menu. Keeps you guessing, lol jk there is on the small menu. The point is that they give a cool vibe. They went above and beyond when it came to service. Deserves a 5 ⭐️.

If the vibrant streets of Las Vegas had a flavor, it would surely be crafted by the culinary maestros at 303 In The Cut. On the much-anticipated grand opening, we arrived at 6890 N Hualapai Way, just a stone’s throw from the bustling Dutch Brothers, and found ourselves amidst a growing congregation of eager food enthusiasts. The excitement was palpable, the crowd’s anticipation mirroring our own.

The food truck, a beacon of gourmet wanderlust, was swamped with the same early birds, all drawn by the siren call of “gourmet on the go”. The air was alive with the scent of spices, and the sizzle from the grill was the soundtrack to our culinary pilgrimage. We had been on a quest to find a meal that wasn’t just food but an experience to cherish – and 303 did not just meet but soared above our expectations.

I ventured boldly and ordered ‘The Rhino’—an off-menu behemoth that married Crackin’ Fried Chicken Fries with a Green Chili Burrito and crowned it with their famed Philly cheesesteak. This dish was not for the faint-hearted, nor was it for the casual diner. It was a colossus of flavor, towering over the mere mortals of regular food truck fare.

My wife, with a sweet tooth to guide her, opted for the in-house specialty, the cheesecake sandwich, ‘In the Cut’ style. It was a dessert that would have made the muses of sweetness weep in joy. And my friend Robert indulged in the green chili burrito, a testament to the food truck’s Colorado roots, each bite filled with the warmth of home-cooked passion.

The staff was the heartbeat of the truck, offering not just meals but moments of joy with their engaging smiles and inviting energy. They were the unsung heroes, orchestrating a symphony of flavors and making sure every guest felt like part of the 303 family.

In conclusion, 303 In The Cut isn’t just a food truck; it’s a ticket to a journey you didn’t know you needed to take. It’s a place that brings friends and family together for a feast that’s etched not just on your taste buds but also on your heart. So, if you’re in Las Vegas and looking for a meal that will resonate long after the last bite, find your way to this culinary oasis. Trust me, you’ll want to get there early; this is a flavor trip that’s in high demand.
