Fast, Fresh, and Friendly!
Stopped by this Burger King yesterday and had a great experience. The restaurant was clean with plenty of seating, and even though it looked busy, the staff kept things moving smoothly. My food came out hot and fresh — the chicken fries were crispy and delicious, and the regular fries were even better. Shoutout to the team for being efficient and on point. Thanks, Burger King, for another solid visit!

1/8 Edit: I visit this location on a semi-regular basis as a customer and as a courier and must state that Serpil is, without a doubt, the rudest member of a staff of otherwise decent individuals. She is rude, dismissive, and has blatantly ignored me numerous times when I have required assistance. During my most recent visit, while the store was relatively empty, she looked at me and blatantly ignored me in favor of doing tasks that could have certainly waited. When she finally decided to acknowledge my presence, she intentionally ignored my clearly displayed phone screen, which contained details for an Uber Eats pick-up. Instead of glancing at the clearly presented screen, she ignored it and passively aggressively asked me for the customer’s name (who does that?!). She then proceeded to flatly tell me that the order was not ready, only for the completed order to be in plain view near where food is dispensed. It’s also no coincidence that the food is typically at its poorest when she is in charge. The staff clearly views her as an irritant instead of a supportive member of management and I share that sentiment. She truly needs to shed her bitter and standoffish attitude.
The young adults here require more supervision to ensure that they’re providing something resembling quality service, specifically during the evenings. As of late, I have been receiving burgers that are lukewarm, at best. The cheese is not being melted and the food just isn’t being presented at an appropriate temperature. The fries are often undercooked and their taste reflects this. Fries should be cooked until they are golden brown, not pale and flavorless. To their credit, Muhammad and the younger AA manager/supervisor run a very tight ship and the overall quality seems to reflect that during their respective shifts. There is a clear lack of respect for the authority of the other managers and it is seemingly rubbing off on how the food is prepared. The staff needs to be overhauled or a better standard needs to be enforced at this location. Do better.

The lady did not ask us if we wanted to scan for rewards therefore my experience was ruined. Then she asked if we wanted a refund when we asked if the manager could override it. She was completely rude & didn’t even get the manager.

Burger King on Franklin Avenue in Nutley is a local favorite with a great staff, particularly in the breakfast hours. The service is always good and accommodating as well. The food and prices are comparable to others in the area also. Watch for discount offers.

You know someone is gonna work here for the rest of their life when they tell you , you can’t get more than 2 sauces with 2 big bags of food. This charging for sauce is robbery especially if I pay for 2 huge bags of food I’m done with these stupid companies

This doesn’t just go for this Burger King before all Burger Kings there’s a reason why every time you pass one of them the parking lots are empty that their drive-thrus are dead because their food is so overly priced I came here and got their lunch special the double cheeseburger fries and a soda for five bucks they gave me a double cheeseburger with a french fries with about maybe seven and Fries in it and a small soda with about 20 ice cubes in a small tiny cup
