I’m a sucker for Burger King. This particular location doesn’t have a drive thru so there usually is a little bit of a wait indoors but you can order ahead and they will have it ready for you with virtually no wait at all. They also have several self service kiosks available. The staff is professional and cordial and will even tell you that “ you rule” which is always easy on the ears. There is ample parking on both sides and always has spaces available.the food is typical of most Burger King establishment’s.

Alnisa was a sweet heart taking orders by herself and also expediting the order and handing out the food. She kept a great positive attitude, even though she was by herself and had one cook. I couldn’t believe that this woman was doing all of this by herself and had a positive mental attitude.

Something has changed. I know it’s fast food… but it should be cooked. I was there saw nothing being grilled or fried… this place use to be the best Burger King in Essex County… the food is no good. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received thr $1 menu chicken! Don’t waste your money!!!!!

The wait time was quick. The staff was super friendly and efficient. I tried to complete the bkexperience survey to provide my glowing reviews, but the system stated tthere was a Quatric error; even though I submitted all information correctly from the receipt within the 48 hour grace period.

Came here to eat brunch with spouse and I must say, it’s nice n clean here. Kept upwell and neat. Unlike the Burger King on Route 22 in Union, TERRIBLE OVER THERE! Nasty n filthy and very unwelcoming. Will be eating here instead. Manager and cashier are nice people and very engaging making sure you have everything and especially the sauces, they always ask to make sure your meal is complete with everything you need.
