Younger Spanish girl that always works at night is so freaking rude! The managers there are just there it’s sad their pay rate shows. This restaurant is always under new management and yet everyone they get is just plain horrible! This is ridiculous and unacceptable either close down or crack down on your employees. We also have to sit at the drive thru screen and wait to be told to go to the window because their dragging their feet and can’t meet the drive thru time. If you can’t afford this spot just give it up. You’re making it bad for all the great Burger Kings.

I just witnessed an employee in the back of the kitchen, have the draw of fresh hot patties and picked up a patty from the floor and placed it back inside the draw. My jaw fell to the floor just like the patty. BE AWARE. The lady in the front said she will have them make a new batch but that was not the case.

INSANE ESTABLISHMENT!!! I just finished ordering through the mobile app, and then I got there, and they say the drive thru isn’t working. Then I go inside and there’s like 25 people waiting. Next thing you know, the female manager is taking orders on the drive thru. I go inside the workers are all mixed up and there’s food on the floor. The workers almost slipped on the food on the floor and didn’t even pick it up. Very unsanitary. They didn’t even call out my order, I had to point at my food just sitting there. By the time I got my order, 25 minutes passed by.
