It looks like the patty they served me had cancer before they cooked it. Really triggered some trypophobia vibes and I was disgusted; lost all the appetite I had left. This isn’t left overs, this is fresh out of the bag, minutes later.
Also at the drive thru I said light on the ice,
I drive up and the young woman asked if I said no ice, I said light, then she shakes her head “so no ice?” Like I’m stupid or something, and I repeat myself light on the ice, and she continues to give me the drink she had waiting for me unwilling to fix the mistake. The cup was 80 percent ice. Terrible experience, will not be coming back ever.

Why is it so difficult to get a hot and fresh whopper? I don’t understand!

Placed an order on their app at 10:25 pm and arrived at Burger King at 10:30 pm to an empty parking lot. This store is supposed to be open until 11 pm. Went to the drive thru and a voice said “we’re closed” I then said I placed an order on the app. Silence! I then pulled up to the window and was completely ignored! I saw a few employees walking around but none would come to the window. Looks like they closed way early as the store was already cleaned. I pulled around into the parking lot and noticed several cars pulling into the drive thru lane but were also ignored. Why?

I’ve eaten here a few times before and it’s always felt like an attitude, especially when they do the wrong order. For instance, today I ordered a burger, and it felt so uncomfortable when I went inside and because of a language barrier, it felt like I was being talked about in Spanish (IYKYK). And this is the second time I’ve chosen to eat here for lunch in the last two days and each day my order was messed up.

Ordered 2 jr sausage burrito meal with a tea. My jr sausage burritos were dry. They had none of the sauce that comes on them just meat cheese and hash brown. Then my hash browns were cold. I also asked for the salsa packets that come with the burrito they didn’t have any so she offer me buffalo sauce. That’s a gr8 way to ruin someone’s morning.

Tried ordering food here once was on the speaker the guy couldn’t understand what I was saying his boss started talking to me and I couldn’t understand her due to her very thick accent after about 4 minutes of trying to order I gave up and I just said forget about it. I don’t want to be that guy to say it but they should really hire some people that can’t speak more English better or invest money in a better ordering box might go back here again considering I never even tasted the food

I love Burgerking and this one every employee make a lot of effort to please every one of their customers. It’s not easy to please people because I’ve seen some costumers being abusive and rude and even threat with the employees only to get free food. It’s sad and that makes me so mad. I believe as a costumer we have to be respectful with them, they just like us work very hard for their money.

Ordered a double whopper and large onion ring.Onion rings cold burger was running blood bread was wet from the blood.They told me no returns.They said they will do it over. Gave me a half raw microwave burger .Chicken nuggets half done.Who has time to play with peoples money and time. Got the famous Gost Pepper whopper. Way better than I thought going in but this thing has changed the whopper game. The orange bun is quite a colorful item. It has spice but not so much as to put your mouth on fire. Just enough to heat to say you really have something here. All in on this.
