2nd time here at the driver through in the last few weeks. 1st time sat at window for over 10mins before someone came to give the food. This time right now behind a vehicle at window that has been sitting there for almost 15mins and no food being passed through window. Need to get your stuff together and get food out in a reasonable time. Drive up should have priority over people in the building. They can wait. People in vehicles stack up and it gets annoying.

This is the best BK restaurant in Northern Vermont! Food is always high quality. The place is clean and staff super nice. I always order from them (rather than the other BKs in the greater Burlington area) even if I have to drive a couple of extra miles out of the way!

Went to this Burger King today expecting the same experience we receive in our town in Sweden and we were severely disappointed. The woman we dealt with was very inattentive and had no idea about any of the menu. We ordered our food and looked at the receipt and it showed one item we ordered was missing. I brought it to the woman’s attention and instead of just saying no problem, I’ll charge you for one more, she insisted on arguing that I ordered incorrectly by saying with an attitude “but YOU only ordered one”. The food was typical Burger King quality and the manager who called our to-go order number wearing the hat was great and friendly, but the woman with the nose ring gave an attitude like she could care less about the customer and didn’t wasnt to be there. We also waited 30 minutes for a meal of four. Horrible experience, find better employees!

Was picking up a DoorDash order from here, and as I’ve done before, decided to order something for myself. I just wanted a simple vanilla cone and it was around 11:30 at night so didn’t see that being an issue (I know with McDonald’s their machine goes into a cleaning mode and shuts down at a certain time) but this store is not 24 hours and if the option is available on the online ordering, there shouldn’t be an issue. I was told they couldn’t do the cone, no big deal just asked for something else and was met with “it has to be an item of equal or comparable value”, after asking for a small fry or a large soda. The apps virtual assistant then proceeds to give me a $3 credit, which the manager of the restaurant was not able to come close to offering. Drive through wait times at this location are also abysmal, but that’s something that’s probably already been reviewed on! Wasn’t just a customer in this case either, but a platinum dasher as well picking up one of their orders to support their business.

well for a fast food place the food is good as any. however one thing they should be able to complete is a simple coffee order but i was asking to much. i ordered a medium hot coffee with 4 creamers. i got a coffee with 4 sugars i sent it back and then i got an ice cold coffee with 4 creamers. so i sent that back then proceeded to be handed a luke warm coffee with 4 creamers. so i proceeded to dump out the coffee in front of the lady that handed it to me.

Shoutout to Mariah, she was very kind and quick with our order, despite being short-staffed. You can tell that she’s very hardworking and does it with a smile, while being pregnant on top of it. The food was so good too, I’ll definitely be back soon

My wife placed a mobile order at this location where we got a cheeseburger meal with onion rings a radio burger larger fries chicken fries and poppers, everything was fine till we got to our burgers where they smelt spoiled and sour, so she goes back over and tells them about it and the onion rings were soggy so those got re done too, she brings them back and the same smell/taste is still with the burgers and no it’s not our taste buds or smell

I went through the drive through placed my order with this old guy seemed respectful at first but they for got to add our drink to our order and told us to pull up. Got all our food except the drink I walked back in to this old guy yelling at me saying its my fault I ordered it last maybe next time order right and gave it to me for free this time how is that my fault? Everytime I go here I hear disrespectful talk to each other and customers they just need to shut this place down. Or fire everyone and start agian. Worst service I’ve ever had made me want to throw all my food back at them
