Why do you keep burning my burgers!!!! I got a number 4 meal 3-4 days ago and the meat was black and way over cooked. So I just moved on with my day. I come back today 6/25 and get the same meal and you have burnt it again. I am not one to just write a place off so I will try again in a few months but this may be the reason that I have not had to wait in line. proper cooking and quality control need to be in place your standards are going to lose you customers and a reputation is hard to change.

I finally got your “Big Fish”. Well it is not true to its name. I was told it came on a long bun and it was just on a regular bun. My husband even said this is not the sandwich I remember. Also, who in their right mind puts burger pickles on a fish sandwich? Think I will stick to the Whopper at least there are normal things on it.

I ordered 2 sandwiches cooked to order with extra pickles. Both sandwiches were cold. 1 had extra pickles while the other had none. I also ordered med. Onion ring. They were also not hot, and the container could have held more. I am very disappointed. I used to eat there all the time. I just can not do it anymore. I waited 10-15 minutes in line for an expensive cold meal.
