I waited in the drive thru for 20m for someone else’s meal then 5 more for mine. What did I get? Luke warm bacon doubles. One was old, and dry. Still are it because I was hungry, and didn’t want to wait for 20m for a fix.

Everytime we go they always forget something in our order. Yes we should of double checked but when they tell us what’s in there it should be in there. Our trips here are getting less. We go to other fast food places and they have not forgotten anything. I just choose to come here because I think the burgers are good but they seem to have gotten to where there is way too much sauce and less of what is supposed to be on the sandwiches. I had the bacon king and it only had 3 half pieces of bacon. So how do we call this a bacon king burger.

Being parked for a single Whopper makes no sense. This wasn’t a complicated order. Just slow, lazy service. I waited 15 minutes for the most basic item on the menu. If the kitchen can’t keep up with its own flagship item, that’s a problem.

Horrible experience with staff that dont wear gloves when handling the food. Soda machines that dont get cleaned and are just left there as is where is. Rude is an understatement to how people are treated.

I ordered 2 Trio meals and they gave me 2 duo meals and charged me for 3 duo meals, when I started to inquire about it the man at the window told me it was cheaper this way. My figures are Trio $8.00 each and Duo are $6.00 each how do the figure 18 dollars is cheaper then 12.00???? I think they need to spend time training people to be honest than ripping off Senior citizens. Very dissatisfied. Also the last 4 times my husband and I have gone to eat the burgers (Whopper Jrs) were cold, don’t know how long they sat somewhere without the lamps going.

Since the Burger King returned to Keene, it’s had its ups and downs. But the restaurant it is today is leaps and bounds better than when it started. The restaurant is constantly busy but even being behind 6 cars in the drive thru, it was less than a 10 minute wait. The food was hot and prepared correctly (I customized my burger and my chicken sandwich), and both the employees I interacted with were friendly but efficient. The food was great and the crown they offered tied the bow on a great visit to BK!

This is overall a well run restaurant with positive people who do a nice job. Unfortunately we encountered an individual today who is the only person working there who guards the sauce like it is money. We have dealt with her before and she has been doing the same thing right along and it cheapens the experience, particularly when the other workers are so accommodating. Today she told us that she would charge us for an extra sweet and sour sauce and we just left. This person was working the drive through and is an older lady. It would be helpful to the business if management straightened her out on this small issue that she has made large.

Very dehumanizing experience. The guy working the front counter, tall white guy, think his name is Gabe, was swearing while taking my order! I asked for cheese on my whoppers, but when I got the burger, it didn’t have any. At first, I was just going to leave because I didn’t want to have to deal with that service again. I eventually decided I would ask for my order to be corrected, but when I spoke to that Gabe person, he told me that what I was doing was a good way to get punched in the mouth! I was appalled, especially as a 77 year old veteran, just trying to dine with my wife. I will certainly never be coming here again, and I advise you not to make the trip either.
