One of my favorite fast food places in town, but the last few times I’ve gone the food tasted extremely dry, like it’s been sitting in a heater/under a lamp for hours. When it’s fresh though it’s actually pretty good.

Took longer than expected for a fast food restaurant. A huge amount of respect to the manager at that time( 2/18/23 at around 4pm). He was complimenting and saying thank you to the staff several times. Sorry I didn’t get his name because he was working side by side WITH his team. My wife is a hr manager where she works and even said that’s how management should treat employees.

The two times I’ve been here the manager has approached me aggressively about when I would be leaving. I don’t have this issue anywhere else in Keene. Won’t be coming back. I’m a paying customer, the store is basically empty and it’s raining profusely outside. I was on my laptop with headphones in.

I believe the lady that took our order her name was Cindy. For some reason it took her 3 times for us saying our order for her to put it in the POS system. She repeated it back to us each time so I don’t know what was going on with her. We don’t have this issue with any other person except for her. Otherwise good food.
