Sweetest staff member brought our meal to the play place! They were clearly super busy with the drive thru and my meal took longer. They also were out of one of the items I ordered and the staff came to ask what I wanted in its place! Glad there’s still a play place close by! I did clean up a spill in the play area but not the fault of staff people don’t follow the rules.

I went to the Burger King in Stratham and ordered a Spicy Crispy Meal on my way home to west NH…I didnt open the sandwich until I was already 2 exits away heading west on 101.
I pulled into the Epping Burfer King fully prepared to buy another sandwich, but after explaining what happened, the person “Ayman” stepped up and said he would replace it for me at no charge!!
That is great customer service and I just wanted to give him some recognition for a job we’ll done!!

Had a ok meal, as is expected at Burger King. Staff was fast and friendly. My Royal crispy chicken was ok frys hot. This location could have been cleaner. Definitely needed floors to be scrubed. From what I could see of the kitchen area not much better. The playground area is closed. It has been since the pandemic. Sad to see families come for just that after eating. Only to see their little girls to be disappointed. It’s a waste. My recommendation is eat somewhere else.

The people serving me didn’t correct what they had put in for my order wrongly, and the one thing they got correct gave me food poisoning. The steakhouse burger patty on the inside was more purple than pink and I threw up all night following eating said burger. I went there often, never going again.

We wanted to try the New Tacos advertised. They were soggy in the middle & the shell appeared to be reheated more than once. It was so hard it was like chewing on plastic! We threw them out & ordered a burger instead which was fine. I think they should stick to ‘s ! Although the staff is friendly here, this location could use some improvements with the cleanliness inside & out!!

Ordered thru the app they gave me the wrong food and when tried to be nice and go inside to fix it was told thru the translator app sorry can’t help you. After seeing the cleanliness of the drive thru window should have been my first red flag but I had already paid.

This location specifically is advertised to be open until 11, so we went out of our way to make sure we could make it on time, just to be told at 1040 by staff in the restaurant that they were closed. This is lazy behavior and we will choose to not be coming back to a Burger King

Beware of this location. When I paid with a credit card, they added a $1 Jimmy Fund donation to my order without asking. Only after demanding a receipt did I catch it. When I confronted the cashier, she became hostile, claimed to be the manager, threw money at me, and shut the window. CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS—this looks like a scam targeting customers who don’t ask for one.

Workers do not know how to speak English and give attitude when tell u them they got the order wrong, then dismiss u and walk away rather then fixing the issue. So I left and got the rest of my order at Wendy’s up the street
