Ordered a burger on the mobile app, and received a completely different burger, like not even remotely the same as what I ordered. Kindly asked to get my correct burger, and the lady said that it’s an app issue and I “had to go through the app.” I wasn’t asking for a refund or a new order, I was asking for the correct burger, which the app wouldn’t make, she would. It was very clear she was just saying that so that she didn’t have to remake the burger, which would have taken all of 5 minutes. I would not have minded waiting, nor would I have minded the inconvenience of getting the wrong burger if it was resolved. Been to numerous burger king locations and this is by far one of the worst I have ever been to. I don’t ever leave reviews, but this experience was just so egregiously apathetic, I had to voice it, since the store never even resolved it for me. An extremely simple fix. All I wanted was the food that I ordered, but that is apparently too much to ask.

Forever appreciative to the management and staff who helped replace my order after the other Burger King by the highway told me to go screw after my order was messed up. I wish I knew the managers name so I could say more good things. Thank you again I will only be in ordering from this location in the future.

Go there at 9am they say they’re on lunch menu although the breakfast menu is up , go at 11 they say they’re on breakfast with the lunch menu up , try to order just a single cheeseburger they say they’re can’t do just a cheeseburger all they can do is a meal

It’s BK, Have it your way or don’t. Actually better don’t than do. It’s awful and I’m full of disappointment with my self and the food. Gross, salty ultra refined trash. The seagulls seem to enjoy it more than I do. Ever wonder why those birds are always next to a BK, no seriously those birds are always next to a BK and the ocean isn’t close. Please do yourself, me and the birds a favor. Don’t go to BK you are better than that. I know it’s easy but anything worth something in life shouldn’t come easy. So drive the extra mile and get good food. It’s not a cheap menu so that’s not an excuse. Maybe you really love BK and I’m sorry if you do. I’ve tried many times in my life and I’m constantly dissatisfied.

Let me start by saying I came through the drive through on the 4th of July 2025 and there was a young man working who was rude, actually told me to stop ordering and started laughing because he said I’m the only one here. I ordered 3 meals. He had no customer service and I swore up and down I WOULD NEVER SPEND MONEY HERE AGAIN. EVER. I told this man he need to get some customer service skills and find a more suitable job for himself.
Fast forward, a couple weeks ago my kids wanted to go to the play area and I was like absolutely not but I gave in and actually really so happy I did. They definitely made up for it and more.
Donna is the GM and she is a saint. I expressed my concerns about the 4th of July and she was unaware. Her employees Ray and Alana were beyond great workers. Food was out fast and great service. I told them thank you and the morning crew definitely changed my mind.
BUT THEN WAIT!

On the dang app I messed something up and instead of being irritated or telling me they couldn’t help, I went inside and RAY the morning manager took care of EVERYTHING and said sorry to me! When it was my fault.
Night crew needs some work but you guys got the dream team in the mornings.
ALANA girly you are so wonderful, RAY thank you, I’m glad to see we still have decent people working in customer service and Donna keep it up! Give your morning crew a raise because they are the reason we come back

This location is very slow your food will just sit on the warmer and everyone after you will get your food if you dine in you don’t get a tray only a bag my burger Luke warm and this wasn’t during a rush at all other employees don’t step up and help as a team I should have known this was going to happen when no one acknowledged my present for 5 minutes
