I got the new snack wrap thing they make and it was the best. Like really good. $3 Perfectly crunchy and perfect amount of sauce for me. The restaurant interior is dated looking but in like a fun way. They still had kids crowns

Just…ew. I wouldn’t even feed this to an animal.

Asked for a chicken sandwich, got whatever this is. Half a piece of wet chicken, a piece of mushy tomato, and soft lettuce on what I think used to be a tortilla in a bath of what is hopefully mayo. My bad for not checking the bag before leaving. The “onion rings” are just cold, wet Funions.

On Friday Evening I went thru the drive thru at Burger King in East Providence near the high school. I placed an order repeated it 3 times to make sure it was correct as the person did not . Well I got up to the window and my order was in correct. I also wasn’t given a receipt. When I expressed it was wrong and asked for it to be corrected I was told I had to pay more and given an attitude. The young girl then told me for future reference I should speak louder and more clearly since when is disrespecting customers allowed. And be sassy to them right? I then asked for the manager which I was then in returned with the window shut in my face and the young girl extremely rude. I had to get out of the car and knock on the window because I was refused service I then handed the food back and asked for a refund all while this young girl proceeded to argue with me and then started trash talking me in front of my kids telling me I’m mother of there year for arguing with her. Which I will say I worked for Burger King I managed McDonald’s I currently work in customer service and would never speak or be allowed to speak to customers like . And the shift supervisor allowed her to yell at me and be ignorant . I am extremely upset by the experience and would like a manager to call me email something

Came to this location 8:10pm on a Sunday the food was hot fresh and the drive through girl if I needed extra napkins or sauce. Best drive thru employee with fire yellow nails

Every single time I come here and I’m only grabbing one or two things I go through the drive through, and every single time weather it’s a wrap, mozzarella stick; and fries, or literally just a large fry which today that’s what it was a large fry! And I had to pull up .. I have never came here and didn’t have to pull up and wait 5-10 minutes for someone to bring me out my food.. what in the fast food is this? Cause it’s definitely not fast that’s for sure. I never have been to a place where you get one thing and they make you pull forward to wait ! It’s crazy, do better.

Ordered food here a few times and occasionally they have forgotten straws, sauces, and on one occurrence missed a sandwich only for me to notice after getting home. I highly recommend checking orders when exiting drive through before leaving the lot just in case something was missed. Overall, the service is much better than the near by McDonald’s, but I would still say it is just average for your conventional burger fast food chain.

Waited at the drive-thru for over 30 mins just for 2 burgers, small fry and a drink. Never had to wait this long before at a fast food place EVER!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Just went for a couple whopper jr.s with no tomatoes. Get home to find out they left the tomatoes and that the burgers originally had cheese on them. It looked like it was scraped off by fingers when I opened the wrapper and the cheese was stuck to it in random spots. I called the store and spoke to the manager ALEXIS. She was polite when she answered the phone but then became rude and then hung up abruptly after hearing I was telling her a complaint. Thankfully I got the store number from her before she did that. What if your child had a food allergy and ended up going to the hospital because they ate it. Them pretended like the cheese was never there at all? Very dirty!
