The elder heavy woman is an absolute jerk. Attitude the whole way, interrupting me while I spoke, and then she just pours my fries in the bag. No receipt so I’m complaining here instead of corporate.

This location is the home of the homeless. There was probably 20 of them in there. We were the only diners. The others were slouched on tables, sleeping and vaping. Pan handling going on outside the restaurant. This was once a nice Burger King. No more ! We are done with this location.

The drive thru speaker is way too loud, Monday 2/09. My wife jumped and and I winced in the passenger seat, I don’t know if the person was yelling or if the speaker is set up incorrectly, but when we told the woman working she half acknowledged what we said as if it happens all the time. We will avoid this location because volume that high is irresponsible.

I really feel bad for the manager he’s whole crew was child’s just playing around and not even paying attention to him or the customers orders, people returning orders and my order was messed up missing the cheese what i pay extra for, I ask them to fixed it and my burger was literally thrown out, cold and the cheese from the fridge cold I don’t even take a bite and ask for a refund because as a customer we don’t deserve a service like that! I hope you guys do something with this kids! Because it was a terrible experience! The manager was really kind and patience and give me my refund with no problem

The managers and supervisors here need to be reevaluated. The inner drive thru got 6 cars go through while the outer one had 1. You might think it’s a one-off kind of thing, but then 4 cars on the inner went through and then 1 outer. Then 2 inner and 1 outer. And so on and so forth. This isn’t the first time it happened either. Train your people correctly. No one wants to wait 45 minutes for fast food. I’m not sure how management hasn’t been reprimanded with their average serving time so abysmal.

This BK has undergone a transformation since the last time I’ve visited, roughly 3 years ago the dining room looks a lot fancier than I remember it to be, as does the entryway to the restrooms. There’s now a neon sign saying ‘have it your way’ hanging on the wall. The soda dispenser is now the same technology ones I have seen in TN even the staff was much more pleasant to interact with than the ones I remember 3 years back Kudos to BK for a job well done

This particular Burger King has undergone some impressive upgrade changes within the past few years. What used to be animal bouncy rides is now a place to park bicycles, to the left of the front entrance door. There is now 2 drive thru entrances VS just 1, must be in the left lane of Social Street to gain access. The back parking lot does have a few spaces with signage specifically for Burger King customers. There is handicapped parking spaces available as well. Indoor seating has been upgraded to more of a pleasant dining experience. The employees are much more pleasant now, compared to the ones that used to work there pre-Covid. Today, I treated myself to a $5 classic cheeseburger meal . The food tasted just as good as I remember it to be BK’s new soda dispenser is something I first saw inside eating establishments in northeast Tennessee

Extremely horrible. Supervisor/Manager was belligerent and disrespectful. The servicer at the drive-thru kiosk was combative, defensive, and actually used multiple swears. Accused of waiting 2 minutes when I was, in fact, in line for 30+ minutes.

I gave this place one more chance but they failed again. They mess up the orders, I will say 8 out 10 times no matter how simple the order is. The employees seem to be having way to much fun inside and never paid attention when you are placing your orders. Sandwiches are badly made, is like they are rushing so they can go back to chitchat or play with their phones.
I think this is the worse Burger King I have been to.
