This is my go-to fast food in Taunton. I’ve been going here for years and haven’t ever had a problem. The service has always been great and the dining room is clean and welcoming.

I have to agree with another reviewer. The drive thru here can take an extremely long time for fast food. I spent about 20 mins or so in the drive thru with maybe 5 or 6 other cars. But damn they made up for it with the food. It’s actually made the right way now after the building remodel. It was put together correctly and was hot. It’s just took a very long time to get. The staff were friendly as well. Only go to this one if you have 30-45 mins to spend in you fast food endeavors even if you live a few mins up the road

Between the time of 11am-3pm there is no better place to grab lunch than this Burger King. The staff are great and polite, and the food is so well prepared. I hope this bk stays like this because it is hard to find a Burger King that actually justifies its prices.

Ordered a croissant meal and they never asked me what I wanted for a meat and they just assumed it was sausage, which I don’t like. So, after waiting 10 minutes in line, the older lady at the window, rolls her eyes and takes off to tell somebody. Customer service is horrible at that location and that person should be taught a lesson or two in customer service. So, I drove off, if she likes sausage so much she can eat the sausage croissant sandwich that I didn’t want.

I’m not usually a big fan of Burger King, but I stopped in with a friend while visiting him. The service was friendly and the staff were attentive, which I appreciated. However, we were asked to leave before the dining room had even closed, which felt a bit rushed. The tables were also pretty dirty, even for a fast food place. That said, the food was actually better than I remembered from my last visit. Overall, not perfect, but better than expected.

Went inside because my drive thru order was made wrong. The girl at the counter was so nice went to get my burger remade. A black woman with Grey hair comes over asks what my issue is very sarcastically I explain and she says she heard me place my order and I never asked for no pickles, I’m deathly allergic I always make sure I ask for none even near my food. She then tells the woman that was bringing me my correct burger to go clean I’m not getting “Free food” on her watch. I said it’s not free I just want what I ordered and PAID for. She replies ” you don’t like it go learn how to cook and eat at home” ummm what??? I then asked for the GM she said I’m the manager I said who’s your boss and she replied ” find out your damn self” this woman is horrible and should be fired or put through way more training the younger counter woman was a better employee than the boss. Skip this location on the 4 in the afternoon shift

This Burger King has a very long wait time. I’m always asked to pull over to get my meal. Not once was it ready when I get to the window. I order the whopper meal nothing special and it’s always a wait.

So the inside dining area closes at 10:00 we got there at 9:35 and the doors are already closed we went to the drive-thru it took about 10 minutes for somebody to finally say can I take your order by that time we already started driving away placed my order during the day and it took about 15 to 20 minutes to get my food which was quite ridiculous and by the time I got my fries they were cold
