The drive through line was back up to the street so my wife and I decided to go in, thinking that might be faster. Not only did we wait in the dining room for 20+ minutes while there were minimal customers in side of the building. On a number of occasions they gave our sandwiches to people in the drive through line. After waiting the time we did we get home to our orders being wrong. They put a chicken patty between buns and pushed it through. No topping I asked for were included. Very poor service and crew members.

Super rude service, I went to pick up an order, stated the order name and was rudely told to confirm the pick up and that she had to look at my phone to confirm. The staff definitely needs customer service training, I understand that they may have had issues before with other orders, but it’s not what you say it’s how you say it.

Placed order, went to drive up window, payed for order, n wasn’t giving my change I had to tell him what he owed me. And he was upset because someone had to open his draw. After that I sat for 15 mins waiting for my 2 meals. He was just about throwning my drinks, no straws, out the window to me. 5 more mins before the meals came. Through out it all the person at the window serving me was so rude to me, n speaking disrespectful and with vogular language about his job responsibilities. I asked him politely if he could hold the language alittle n he rudely said, “of course not, just don’t listen if u don’t want to hear it”. Doubt I will be going back anytime soon.

Food is okay, servers are nice sometimes and rude sometimes. A few times I placed a mobile order for drive thru and stayed in a line with only four or five cars ahead of me for close to an hour but I couldn’t leave because I already paid. I learned my lesson fast. I understand that everywhere is understaffed but just beware of extra long wait times if you come here.

Extremely slow drive thru time. Would have left but the set up of the ramp is a trap and couldn’t drive away. Got to the window, poor customer service with no apology (or hello for that matter)at all. Finally got my food and received an order of fries that was half full and completely ruined by a ridiculous amount of salt. Soooooo disappointed! Burger King is not cheap but service and quality is (At least at this location)!

I don’t understand what is going on here. Stopped coming for almost 2 years because of the service. Decided to try again and waited 45 mins in the drive thru and was only 4th in line. They didn’t even give me a receipt. Gave me my food and walked away. No sorry if took so long, nothing. I guess I’m back to not going here again. I’m sure some of their employers do their job, but for the ones who don’t.. find another job. You obviously don’t like it and don’t care about your customers but you’d be the first to complain if it was happening to you. What happened to people’s work ethics.
