Always understaffed, slow, and unreliable. Just waited about 15 minutes to pick up my mobile order placed 30 min prior for “two hamburgers with just ketchup” and after verifying my order number and that I wanted the hamburgers with “only ketchup”, my son was super thrilled to find two hamburgers with ketchup, mustard, and pickles. Threw them out, contacted BK, was offered a $5 coupon for the inconvenience and told that no refund of the order was possible. Place is dirty and poorly run, not to mention their customer service policies are pathetic. Don’t eat here.

Ordered from this place twice, both times there was no shake included despite it being on the receipt. Ones of the burgers was also made improperly, with a slice of tomato and onion rings randomly shoved in there. This around 4 PM, average time of the day. Don’t order from this place if you plan on RECEIVING what you ACUTALLY PAY MONEY FOR.

Not busy at all on a Wednesday. 4 cars on the drive thru. They took so long for the orders ti get out that I went back to work after lunch break was over. They are too slow and incompetent.
Also, when they finally took the order thru the speaker. They were very VERY rude.
If you’re gonna act this way with customers just because you don’t like your job. You should QUIT.

I come here for late night munchies. They make amazing snack food, it’s always tasty and the staff is super kind, even at 2 am!

I always go inside, because they always seem to mess up. And indeed, same again. I order chicken nuggets, they give me chicken fries. Rest looked ok until I got home: my whopper didn’t have the whopper patty, but two tiny patties. Check your food!

Terrible service. The drive through was closed around 10:20pm because they were having the truck delivery — not an issue. They had me order standing at the drive thru window. She (lady with bright red hair) said she would bring my order to the front door since the doors were locked. However, when my order was done she waved me to come back to the drive thru window. At this point, the truck was gone and they were starting to take drive thru orders again. She had me walk over and reach over someone’s car instead after waiting out front for her. I am a short, young woman and to be standing outside late at night and expected to walk through cars is unsettling. All she had to do was walk it to the door. And they had some type of paper burning outside – fire hazard.
