I often order from this Burger King.
Once these mathafakers missed some part of my order, when I got my order from doordash driver, there were missing chicken nuggets 16 pieces and fanta drink. When I called to this Burger King office they were very rude and didn’t even apologize. Didn’t want even refund, didn’t want even send these missing parts of my order via new driver.
Listen, this is how you loose your customers and fall your business.

They mess up your order on purpose so you don’t go back. The manager older guy taking orders was so rude at the speaker and talked to me like I was an idiot. We got home and noticed they charged us for a bbq brisket whopper instead of the jr which is 2x the price. The woman handing out food was nice but it really seems like all of the people that work here hate their life and take it out on you and your order. Will not be going back. Prices are high and the attitude from a fully grown man is not needed at the speaker nor as a manager status. Probably terrible to his employees.

The whopper I got was SOAKED and it didn’t seem like grease.. the burger was sour and cold..our chicken nuggets felt as if they were sitting under a heating lamp for HOURS.. they were dried out inside!!! Our onion rings were old and very soggy too. Used to love this Burger King but seems like the service has really taken a turn for the worse.
