Told them no lettuce add cheese to my chicken sandwich and the guy repeated it back to me “no lettuce add cheese” what do they do give me lettuce and NO CHEESE! Guys really. In the 3 minutes you were waiting on fries to be done you forgot how my order was supposed to be. Lucky I’ll still eat it but get it together

I ordered from this Burger King and was shocked to find mold on not one, but two Whoppers in my order. After seeing that, I didn’t feel safe eating anything else from the $40 order and my family ended up throwing the whole meal away.

Food safety should be a top priority, and mold on multiple sandwiches is completely unacceptable. I’ve reached out to customer service, but honestly, this should never have happened in the first place. Extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

This Burger King just screwed me. I had my mobile order in well before close and I arrived at 9:55 to pick up and they said everything has been put away by the time the mobile order came in. If they can’t handle the mobile order then why wasn’t mobile ordering shut off before they put everything away…. Management please look into this practice. As a viera local I find this highly distasteful of one of our businesses to do this. Not to mention god knows when the money I payed toward this mobile order will come back to me if ever now? Please reach out and fix this mess management.

Not sure how Burger King hasn’t pulled this franchise. The food was stale/inedible. There was a hair in our burger. The staff barely acknowledges your presence when ordering. Also very dirty. Give this location a hard pass.

Truly the BESt ❤️ the staff are awesome! I have had such great service with this place I can’t say that about other fastfood places. There’s some of a little wait for food but I have gotten hot fries every single time I have ordered here!!!! There’s usually not many employees,but the ones they do have really should be acknowledged for the great service and consistent with correct orders.

Worst Burger King in the area; I rather drive all the way to Haverhill or seabrook to other location. They can never get an order right. Slowest drive thru ever. Their soda is never right, either watery or no bubbles or something.

Burger King gave me two of a product I only asked for one of. They gave me a credit slip for the difference however they will not give me my money back for the difference of $3.63 I called my bank and they said that the other way to go would be to get cash back from them. I will never go to this Burger King or any other Burger King again this is a very unsatisfactory greedy way of running a business and I’m fed up with it

The cashier (a guy) has a terrible attitude. I went to get something quick to dinner since I am staying in the hotel next to this BK but the bad service ruined my food. He was rude in the way he answered when I ordered and when I asked for some hot souce he just throw it on the table no matter that I had my hand extended… Why people with no education on what customer service should be have an opportunity to work no matter how many bad reviews they get? It was not a surprise why the restaurant was empty..

I’ve been stopping by this Burger King in the morning before driving into Boston for medical appointments. The early morning woman that takes your order and runs the drive through as well as walk in customers. She is always pleasant and very competent in her position. Always service with a smile.

Pros: Was open late, got my custom order correct, and gave us big cups of ice water with lids (a lot of fast food places give you tiny cups without lids).
Cons: About half of the fries were cold. Not really sure how that happens but it was disappointing.
