I came to the burger king in reading today and it was 11pm and people were inside of the store. The woman saw me in the drive through from inside and was talking on the phone and ignoring me. Extremely rude, the woman that approached me after kindly spoke with me to let me know they weren’t doing any orders. I cant believe the first woman ignored me for a whole 10 minutes until the other one noticed. I called the store and the hours are listed drive through is open until 12pm on tuesdays. Unbelievable!

Newly renovated? This burger king must have been newly renovated as it looks awesome for a burger king. I am wondering if they are starting to upgrade all of their restaurants in order to compete with the new wendy’s?
The soda machines were similar to the new forms that let you add just about any flavor to your soda. I tried the new impossible burger (plant based) and it tasted very similar to the whopper. I was very pleased. Even though the calorie count is similar I still felt better about lowering my carbon imprint and adding hopefully some more nutrients.
I would highly recommend this Burger King in it’s newly renovated state

Really wanted a strawberry shake and flame grilled burger. Ordered at drive up kiosk then drove to windows to pay and girl said they had no strawberry shakes! When she said the price…I just said “Nevermind” and went to McDonald’s next door and got a great strawberry shake and Whopper. Very hot and fresh fries too.

Guy working the drive-thru tonight deserves a raise ASAP…..told me “i ruled” after i ordered 4 rodeo cheese burgers, LEGENDARY move, also hooked it up with a bunch of zesty sauce too…A++ customer service! Would give 6 stars if i could

Oof…. Haven’t been here in about 4 months… went last night NOT A SOUL THERE and we pulled up to the first window to pay (the gentleman working was super nice) so we pay then go to pull up to the second window, he tells us to stop and wait at the first window… ok. So after about 6 minutes goes by and extreme awkwardness he tells us “we’re in competition with other locations and we want our time to be good so we ask you stay at this window until your food is done” ok… so you’re basically BSing your times. Whatever. But why did we wait for 10 minutes for our food to be cooked? He told the lady over the headset to add BBQ and Zesty sauce in the bag. Guess what was missing in our bag? BBQ and zesty sauce.. so I go inside for them. 3 workers all staring at me then hiding behind a wall to not help me. After 3 minutes goes by and not a soul in the place but workers ignoring me I say “can I please just get my sauces that should’ve been in the bag I waited for, for 10 minutes in the drive thru”? There’s definitely a lot this location needs to work on. Including the attitudes on the older females that ignore you at the front desk. The only pleasant one was the guy working at the first window.

Every single time they mess up my order. I tell them I have a tomato allergy and they still put tomato on my Whopper. Also I asked for cheese and I don’t get any. This has happened too many times I will not come back to this location. I’ve only been going here because McDonald’s is under construction they have far better food.

Restaurant needs a facelift. Other than the trash container at the front door there are only two trash containers in this very large parking lot. The trash containers are discussing dirty. If what the public can see is this dirty how dirty is the areas you can’t see, i.e., kitchen.

What are the bag full of burgers at about 4:00 p.m. on a Wednesday afternoon the young lady working the window through the bag at me when the food was ready and close the window before I could ask for my receipt and napkins I beat the horn to get her attention she looked at me I waved and she continued to talk to the bald-headed manager ignoring us so I put my car park and waited till she eventually came back to the window and said what do you need I asked for napkins she gave me two I said where’s my receipt she said that she already closed the register and I couldn’t get one unless I came inside extremely rude Behavior especially in front of the manager on duty

Place sucks. Ordered from Uber Eats last week and paid for 10 sauce packets. They gave me two. Just paid for fifteen through Uber Eats and recieved two. Place is absolute garbage. They don’t even answer the phone. Do NOT go here.

I hate burger king but scince my local McDonald’s was closed I had to go there, and when I was there I ordered the 8 piece chiken fries,and the chiken fries are just horrible they are just so dry,but any way so when I get my 8 piece back I look at it AND THEY GAVE ME FOUR TRASH FRIES and I ordered an 8 piece. This is not the first time this has happend but this made me so mad. So never go to burger king it sucks
