I don’t ever leave a review, but I absolutely feel I needed to do one here. I’ve only been to this Burger King a couple of times. The last time they gave me someone else’s meal. Dumb me, I go back and give him another chance. This time, they forget a piece of my meal. Avoid this Burger King with all costs.Nothing but lazy slow, moving people with zero interest in doing anything.

Ordered an impossible whopper and when I bit into it I could taste the char. Peeked on the bottom and it was all black! I took another bite and thought nope can’t eat it. They made me a new one with meat right off the grill. Took a look at the second one and was just as burnt. Clearly the issue is the grill setting and they didn’t even take the time to address the quality issue. Even though this location is convenient I’ll think twice before visit again soon.

Waited for at least half an hour for my order. When I niticed that people who ordered after me were getting their food and I hadnt, I questioned the MOD. She told me that my Whopper was just being prepared (seriously after 1/2 hour). I continued to wait and when asked again where my order was, the MOD said the Whopper was ready. It wasn’t even prepared the way I had ordered it. The person who was preparing the food had to be told several times in both English and Spanish how the Whopper should be prepared, he stood there with a blank stare until someone else had to take over. When I asked for a refund, I was told they couldn’t give me a refund but would give me coupons for a free Whopper instead. The coupons expired in 2019 so who knows if the coupons are even valid.

I don’t know why they are so slow. Although therer are a lot of staffs inside in the kitchen and front desk, only one or two staffs preparing food(most staffs just talking and laughing), so many people had to wait about 15-20 minutes. Staffs here Talk too much each other, so they don’t care customers waiting in front of them.
Food quality is much lower than other fast food. Never bring this food to you child.

I honestly haven’t been to Burger King in many years and this is my first time back. It took forever to get the food but at least the food was hot and the kid at the window was nice. Now that my stomach is in immense pain I’m starting to really regret my decision of Burger King for dinner. Here’s to the start of my anti-fast food binge yet again. The picture below is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich with one sad little tomato.

Typically this Burger King has decent quality food and for a good price, albeit with slow drive through times. However this last order was cold when received. The buns were old, and hard.

Ordered a head of time and still had to wait and pull up to park . They were nice but we waited a long time and then they gave us the wrong sauce. My 4 year old was especially sad she had no ranch . Other than that, the food was good tho !
