This is the second time we’ve order at 10:20-10:30 ish. I get it, it’s late. You close at 11pm. Then close at 11pm. The foods not good. The service is bad. And sometimes you won’t get your money back if they decide they’re too lazy to stay open to their own scheduled hours.

To me it’s absolutely disrespectful I can’t use the app to have my order taken then pay for it through cash in the drive thru they offer all those deals for people that only have cards. Skip it. Even with the remodel, the food prep is still bad. Cold fries that have definitely been sitting out for a while, and the sprite tastes like when you haven’t run the soda machine in a while and it pours out weird water first. Also, they were out of onion rings.

Ordering through the drive-through is an ordeal. Impatient tellers speak very fast and expect everyone to know their menu. Some of us do not eat junk food often and need more time to order or process what the teller is saying.
