I feel really bad for this Burger King. They’re severely understaffed, and the wait times can be upward of 30 minutes. When I went, I saw the long drive-thru line and opted for indoor ordering. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, a fellow customer told me he waited around 10 minutes before ordering. When I finally got to order (no one in front of me), I noticed that there were only 2 people working. They were running back and forth, both cooking and taking orders. I ordered a drink only, and the woman taking my order was so bubbly and sweet. She complimented my frog purse and expressed her love of frogs. It was a nice conversation. I got my drink a minute or so later and I left. I still feel bad about this Burger King and the lack of staff they have. The people working are as kind as they can be and truly are trying their best.

I recently visited Burger King and had a terrible experience. The burgers I was served were not fully cooked (I have photos to prove it). When I brought them back to the counter, I expected an apology and a fresh order, but instead, the manager suggested I just put them in the microwave! This is completely unacceptable and unsafe.
As a customer, I should not have to finish cooking my meal at home, especially when I paid for a ready-to-eat product. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of concern for food safety. I won’t be returning.

Redone building looks great I think the grilling equipment needs major servicing burgers always taste a bit to smoky greasy compared to other franchises

This location is under re-construction. There was much noise. I was the only customer there. I didn’t get what I ordered. Coffee was muddy. It was not a happy gastronomical experience.

Do not go to this Burger King. The man pictured said he was the manager and said he could not give his first name because of security reasons, though it was really due to his horrible customer service. All of my food was cold and stale & when I asked for a fresh batch of fries he said “we are about to close.” I asked for my money back because he was rude, short, and no empathy for the fact that he gave me cold food. I also waited to be served at the drive thru speaker for 20 minutes, which took away the time that could have been spent on dropping fresh food. Absolutely unprofessional and would recommend this guy be in professional development/leadership courses in customer service. In the future, it’s best to let customers know in advance over the speaker that you are about to close, and what you can and cannot do within that time period. But cold food is always unacceptable when people are spending their money.

Always cold unless its lunch even then only get the most popular things. My breakfast sandwich still had ice in the middle. Went back for some reason, this is the smashed up raw burger covered in grease with fingerprints in the bun I received, way to go BK

Staff there need to practice taking the food, putting it in a bag right-side up, and saving the attitude. Everyone has a bad day, but gimme a break, I know its fast food…..but the people you hire need to be held to some sort of standard.
Also, cool it with the gargantuan amount of mayo on everything

One of the employees wouldn’t let me in with my service dog in a very unkind way. I understand that there are many misconceptions about service animals, but there was no reason for such disrespect.
