One night we decided to go out to grab some BK. My best friend thought the door was open so we approached as an employee was cleaning (which to me means it’s closed) but the employee who was cleaning up was super rude towards us as we walked back towards the car. In a rude tone he says, “can’t you see we’re closed!?” So as we start walking towards him asking what did he just say, he went and locked the door on us instead of repeating what he said and how he said at least where we can reach him physically so instead we just went through the drive thru. We said nothing to management and we could have but we left it at that. That one employee was beyond rude in my opinion and based on his attitude and treatment, I avoid it even during the day. Better that than it turning into a serious altercation over him doing his job; there was a better way to go about it. If your day is that bad at work then maybe you shouldn’t be confronting customers, it should be the last thing you do.

I’ve gone here a handful of times. Every time I’ve gone the food and service has always been great. Compared to other burger kings in the area this is the best one hands down. The food has always been fresh and the fries don’t taste like they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp. The only complaint I have and this is not against the restaurant, is those dang curbs. The curbs will claim your rims.

GO TO CT! This place isTrash. Management is terrible. After having a terrible day my first meal was this and they definitely do not follow orders and make it their way. Which taste like trash, had diarrhea the next day. -10 stars

Never in my life have I been as disappointed as I am right now. And to put this into perspective, both my parents have passed away, my girlfriend of five years left me for a man in a wheelchair, and my son failed second grade. And this is just the last year. I ordered chicken fries 30 minutes ago and they asked me to wait in the parking lot. I am still waiting. It has gotten to the point I have considered hunting a chicken and frying it myself. I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
