Same as most fast food. Food quality sucks, service is decent, prices are double or triple what they used to be. Too many fake products full of fillers. And what’s with costing $1 just to add a slice of fake cheese to a fake sandwich? BK doesn’t have iced coffees. No grilled chicken options anymore.

If you value the little time you have left on this earth you will not go here. Legitimately 25 minutes waiting on the drive through line for one meal. Watching them constantly serve inside customers while awkwardly not looking at the drive through window.

Terrible customer service, called with issues about a TOTALLY forgotten order out of a total of two WHOPPING orders, was repeatedly asked “are you done” and hung up on. I understand it’s Springfield and you may be angry that you exist there but you definitely are being paid a high wage for VERY poor customer skills.

I figured i would come here for breakfast, for the first time but my experience here is getting worse i use to come here all the time, it use to be under good management but its been falling apart. Extremely slow service/ sometimes they wont even give that to you. i ended up waiting in the drive thru for about 40 minutes i got there at 8:27am left there around 9:10am kinda ridiculous i ended up leaving. Half the time i go there its at least 1-2 people sometimes more saying they didnt get all there items or its missing or have been given the wrong order

THE ABSOLUTE WORST BURGER KING IN THE FRANCHISE. Always forgetting something!! I am to blame too for not checking my order, but MY GOD how hard is it ??? Again this morning!!!! On 10/15/ 2022 I ordered 2 burrito meals, and neither one had eggs!!!!!!! HOW PATHETIC!!! Why is this place still open ???? On 2/6/2024 I WENT INSIDE TO PLACE THE ORDER AND THESE STUPID PEOPLE STILL GOT IT WRONG !! MAYBE IF I HABLA SPANISH THEY WOULD GET THE ORDER RIGHT!! SO SICK OF THIS PLACE ! AGAIN ON 10/2/2025 THEY FORGET FOOD! DONT BOTHER COMPLAINING TO THE OWNER. JUST AS WORTHLESS AS THE EMPLOYEES I WOULD RATHER GO TO MCDONALDS OR WENDYS. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE !! DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!
