Great location in a great little town. Greeted upon entering. Order was taken quickly and came up quick as well. Busy lunch rush inside, and drive thru was busy. The team was working good together and communicated well. The dining room was clean, even though a few tables were filled with people. Restroom was clean and no funky smell as well.

Unfortunately, this location was sub-par even for a Burger King. The interior of the restaurant was outdated, dark and worn out. The staff although the staff was not rude, they were not very helpful ether. They seemed to be poorly trained and have not supervision. The kitchen was just throwing sandwiches up on the heater and counter and window staff were having to figure out what was what. When we received our order, I found that we were given the wrong burger. When I pointed this out, they were very confused but ended up finding the correct one after a moment or two. It seems that this is a trend with most of this type of fast-food restaurants. Staff who are not trained, being supervised by managers who were never correctly trained. All being managed by franchise owners who don’t care about anything but the money. We will not be back to this location any time soon.

I had the worst bacon double cheeseburger that I’ve ever had there a couple of days ago. I waited 20 minutes for a burger and fries (the fries were good). The burger was cold, the cheese was not melted at all, the bacon wasn’t even cooked that much. It was just slapped together. I didn’t even finish it. I normally get very good food there. I guess that wasn’t my day.

Have to say, despite some apparent bad experiences per reviews here (and a few of my own no so great experiences in years past), this location and Burger King in general has really stepped up their game. It’s the little things, they ask if you want ketchup, instead of forcing you to ask for it at McDonald’s. This location in particular is super enthusiastic in the drive through, reminding you that “you rule” in greeting. Which is a lot more fun than McDonald’s barely masked contempt, asking if you’ll be using the mobile app today. Food has been consistently good/as expected, McDonald’s on the other hand varies wildly in quality and more often messes up orders. I’ve never been told to pull forward and wait for food at BK, at McDonald’s this is a regular occurrence. I’m not even ordering anything custom or special, they are just consistently unprepared, understaffed, incompetent, or all three. In fact it appears while McDonald’s slips further into not really caring about customers, quality of food and experience deteriorating…Burger King is rising up to really care, quality is increasing and they are really making the competition look worse by comparison. I’m not eating nearly as much fast food as I did back in the day…but when I do, leaning much more towards Burger King.

This Burger King is really disappointing and doesn’t make orders correctly. I ordered a burger no mustard, and it came with mustard so I went back to ask for a new one and they accused me of making a mistake in my mobile order. They didn’t even put down on the receipt that I ordered no mustard. This place doesn’t deserve the slogan have it your way.

As a dasher, maybe i just came at really bad times, but it seems i either wait forever or just end up giving up and sending the order to someone else. Seems to be a trend with fast food, youd think id wait more at all the sit down restaurants. TAKE DOWN BIG FAST FOOD AND VOTE WITH YOUR WALLETS, SUPPORT YAS CHICKEN AND BITE CLUB!!!
