If you need free range, grass fed, farm to table waygu beef with arugula and artisan cheese…. this isn’t your place. It’s better If you dare to check your cholesterol numbers and blood pressure meds at the door, then get in to Burger Hut asap. Fries better than Mc-Ds. Burgers sublime. Shakes off the chart.

Food was very expensive. Over $80 for a couple burgers and a few shakes. Burgers had brown wilted lettuce. Tater tots were inedibly salty. Milkshakes were PURE liquid. Very disappointing.

First and last time we will come to this place! I seen so many good reviews and all are lies. Waiting 45mins for this!! Just look at the (grilled cheese) literally cheese in a burger bun not even warmed up. Both small and large fries are the same size! My bacon burger was dry and cold! The chilli burger didn’t have extra cheese that we paid for and it was cold! The Gatorade taste like it has pickle juice!!! I’m very disappointed!

First time here. Food is good, service is slow without a smile. What will keep me from coming back is that from the time I was the third car in line to the time I received my simple, one meal order was 35 minutes!!! Omg they are SOOO SLOW!!! Crazy Slow for a drive through!!

So I’ve seen a few reviews… some are good, some are bad. 4 star rating seemed mostly good. However, most of those ratings seem like they were posted years ago. However, I still wanted to give it a shot.
So I went in to order. Was 2nd in line, and the person ahead of me just finished ordering as I arrived. Lady turned around to go do kitchen stuff, no big deal. And so I waited.
And waited…
And waited… sometimes places get busy, understandable. Look at the grill… 2 patties… OK, maybe they are doing something else. I can wait still.
So I waited some more…
And then some more…
Suddenly, the phone rings. Lady answers the phone, writes down THEIR order, and leaves again. Look at my phone… 13 minutes have passed. Yup, I’m done. Get in my car and leave. Oh yeah… same car in the drive thru was still there when I first arrived.
The only reason I gave the food a 2 is because sometimes, no taste is better than bad taste, and since I didn’t get to taste anything… I tasted nothing, thus being better than tasting bad.

Honestly Burger Hut had been going down hill on their food, whether it was dry burnt cheeseburger or burnt fries but today, it was so bomb! To the ladies working today 1/18/25 @330pm, you ladies did such a perfect job on cooking ALL of our food. I haven’t had a juicy burger from Burger Hut in a very long time. Thank you ladies and keep it up.
