Stopped in during my layover. Came in off a red eye and it was early so I got breakfast. The food was decent. Not bad but didnt blow me away. Service was lacking for sure. Part of the issue was you had one girl servicing the whole restaurant. The other problem was she conveyed that clearly in the way she spoke real quick and direct to you. Was like tell me what you want NOW so I can move on. Vibes were good though. The music was a perfect 90s mix. Travelers were talking and laughing. Was solid.

Food that looks like food, but tastes pretty bland. The burger was not as advertised, missing a few ingredients (black beans, guacamole.
I substituted the patty for impossible, but that’s the saddest “impossible patty” I’ve seen. I don’t know if it’s a generic brand or just poorly prepared.
Fries were terrible.
They were out of Goose Island on draft.

I ordered a simple old fashion and was charged $32. When asked about it, the server or bartender chuckled and said it was standard pricing. Even for an airport, this is outrageous. I fly every weekend and typically the pricing is $16-22 a drink… he claimed i ordered a double which was a complete lie and definitely did not taste like a double. He never asked us for another drink (thank god..) so service was pretty bad too… I am not sure if it was because I am a female and they were predatory, or if I was just unlucky. Either way, absolutely the worst experience.

Burger and salad had nice flavor… until I had a bite with something ridiculously spicy. Like burn your mouth for hours numb and I like spicy food. The burger wasn’t supposed to be spicy but rather sweet and savory!

I told her no one explained take out vs sitting to dine in and that I had tipped anyways for my take out. The fries had no flavor, even after adding salt and pepper. They were soggy and not all done. The burger was mid, only saving grace was the added Italian beef on top. Music so loud in the place couldn’t hear myself think. All the employees looked miserable and came off like, “I’ll get to you when I get to you”.

Friendly and appropriately fast sitdown service this time. The Chicken Schnitzel sandwich tasted like more than just fried chicken and the side salad was good. The one normal can of beer I got cost 6x its retail price, though (no price on the menu).

Would not recommend. After my family with an infant walked across the entire airport to our next gate, we learned there were hardly any options for sit down eating in our concourse so we walked all the way to this concourse and found this burger place. There were no available seats but I saw the seat yourself sign so I figured join the line of people ordering at the counter and if a seat opens we will sit after. A spot opened up before we got our food but I had the buzzer waiting for my order. The bartender comes over and sees the buzzer and asks if he can get us anything, I politely tell him no thank you, we already ordered. He was very rude back (on Christmas Eve of all days) and snapped back saying that he does table service and that is why the lady at the counter asked if I was ordering to go or dining in. I told him I was never asked that question (maybe because no seats were available when I was ordering). He lashed back again saying whatever its fine and then quickly left. My food got called and at this point I see it is in to go boxes but had no idea beforehand. I looked around and finally saw a small sign not at eye level that said to go orders only off to the side and above the ordering counter. Since the seating area says seat yourself in a much bigger easier to see sign, I dont think people are looking elsewhere to see that there is another sign. At some point while eating I did hear the lady at the counter ask someone if they were dining in or ordering to go but it wasnt to every customer. Something needs to change to be more efficient because it is clear that others have had similar experiences. Another guy brought his to go order over and sat to eat and the bartender again came over to ask if he could get him anything but he seemed to be much more respectful and less annoyed speaking with him about the table service. The food as others have mentioned was very subpar. Also to note, one of the employees grabbed some bags of candy and then went to the front of the line while I was ordering and clearly was trying to slide in and pay for them. I only realized he was an employee when I saw his shirt but it was very off putting as he was very much in my personal space and blocking the card reader when I needed to pay. If he wanted to cut the line he probably should have gone behind the counter as it just looks unprofessional to see someone go to the front when there is a line of people waiting to order and pay. This place could use some work on the customer service/professional aspect.

Twas edible & came out quickly… but it was probably the most low grade mid ass burger I’ve ever had. It’s unfortunately the only food outside of starbucks in this terminal. Fries tasted like they were frozen for a little too long and had so much salt yet still bland?

We sat down there was a (black) lady sitting at the next table 10 minutes went by i ask her has she talked to you she said no it been 25 minutes breakfast is about over . I left the table with my Son still there she came got his order for drinks by no saying nothing to the other lady .as I was coming back to my table I seen her ask did she talk to u she said no just wasted ½hour no breakfast i was like.when returning to the table there was 3 (white) loud woman she ask the 3 directly 3 times r u ready not saying nothing to us.Then my Son let me know breakfast if over …..not really worried about that but then when I asked her again I have a question about the meal she like wait ✋ then back to the next table mind we was still there way before those lady’s. SHE WAS SO RUDE AND WE ASK 4 THE TICKET 4 THE ONE DRINK SHE GAVE TO MY SON SHE CAME BACK …..Very Rude I bought your drink. Was it not like she did us any favors we wanted to pay and move on. Never waste time there again she picks and chooses who she helps .everything was very pricey and no pride in they job DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND ONLY ONE SERVICE IS THE RESTAURANT FAULT TOO . 19$ just a burger no fries
