We were looking for a place with burgers & vegetarian options that would be open late at night and found this spot. It was quiet and there was only one person working. Mo welcomed us, he was very nice and patient helping us order. He prepared everything very quickly and even gave us a few extras. The burgers were great and filling, the veggies were fresh and the fries made perfectly. Neither of us felt bloated after. If you want a good burger, try it out. If you want amazing service, try it out.

I went to Burger Factory in Montreal with my spouse and kids, and we had a wonderful experience. We ordered burgers and were served by Adam, who was very welcoming and professional.
The burgers were absolutely delicious and very generous in size. The fries were super tasty as well. Everyone truly enjoyed the meal.

Disappointing experience. Ordered a fried chicken burger and poutine for $20. The ‘burger’ was just two chicken tenders between buns, and the poutine had shredded mozzarella instead of proper cheese curds. Honestly, I could’ve gotten the same cheap quality at the Costco food court for a fraction of the price—they’re literally using the same frozen fries.

Best burger I’ve ever had! Im not usually one for burgers however I wanted to try their #1 combo and was super impressed by the flavor and quality of the burger! I also got. Apoutine which was very good as well. Would definitely return to this location if ever back in the area.

Shoutout to Adam at The Burger Factory for the amazing service! He was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The food was great, but the service really stood out and made it even better. Definitely coming back because of that level of care.

To be honest the burgers were too good I couldn’t even take a picture for it , I have already ate it .

Good fast food restaurant to enjoy a burger with some friends or family! I went there yesterday with 7 of my friends and we took the combo which came with 4 burgers (meat and chicken) and 4 fries as well. (It was a limited time special!) The food was tasty and assorted. The tray came with multiple sauces to choose from and they were all good! Poutine is a must try too!

Comes off as a premium burger restaurant but it’s no different than McDonalds. The patty was thin and small, prob was a frozen patty. The dressings were ice cold. Really disappointing. The cleanliness of the place was lacking also, who knows how they prob keep their kitchen. My advice is avoid
